I have had 4 shipping items say it was delivered to MY MAILBOX PARASEL and it was never delivered. How is it even possible that it happened 4 times? I checked all the input for my address and it was correct. How do you mess up 4 times for delivery on all separate occasions? Someone needs to get fired or they really need to teach people how to deliver items to the right address. I've lost a lot of money and the USPS just says its out of their control. How is it out of their control if they are the ones who are delivering it? Terrible tracking and delivery service.
Khan was so amazing! It was the last minute before closing and he was so generous and helpful. Even thought the PO Box window was two minutes from closing he still helped me and brought out my packages. Great service! Thank you
I called the local Post office in Lodi to inquire about the forms required to renew a passport. I wanted to verify that the forms were available on-site before driving down there. I called Three times only to have my calls dropped and the time of the day was 10:25 A.M. Thursday 06-08-23. Does anyone answer the phone when informed that your call is important here !t to them? Very slow service! Let's not forget about the driver's! If you live in Lodi, just expect everything to be a day or 2 late, sometimes even go missing. I've only been here 2 months and I've lost more mail than I have my whole life. Well the USPS lost it!! Plus I only received 1 package on time, every other item is LATE... I've held 43 different addresses and never have I experienced this terrible service. And we can do absolutely nothing about it. They seem to have a "we can do whatever we want" attitude. I swear this post office and mail service makes me want to LEAVE Lodi!
Worst customer service I have ever had. Pair that with just a complete lack of knowledge over their services and you have no chance of whatever you are trying to get done happening here. Go to any other post office. The time that you take getting to any other office will be saved because they will do it wrong here, and you'll have to do it again anyway. Wasted months of my time, but I learned my lesson. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
One star is too much for this office! I went in to check how much it would cost me to mail an envelope. I am getting ready to mail almost 1,000 of them and needed to know the price so I can buy the stamps accordingly. The cashier was rude from the beginning. I asked my question and he said, "One stamp!!" with attitude! I replied, "Could you please check. I need to know how much, as it contains a little calendar and magnet". With a terrible attitude, he grabbed the envelope, put it on the scale and gave it back to me, again with attitude, and said, "2 Stamps!". I ended up purchasing 500 first class rate stamps because he told me it would take 2 of these per envelope to mail out. I left with a terrible feeling due to the awful customer service, got in the car and drove to the nearest Post Office at 8958 E Highway 12 VICTOR. The lady there was incredible, nice, efficient, and professional. I asked her the same question I asked the person at the Lodi office, she told me it would cost 87 cents to mail out each envelope. She immediately grabbed the additional 24 cent school bus stamps necessary to meet the 87-cent total and asked how many I would need. I went back to Lodi and asked to talk with the manager. I explained that the attitude of the employee and unwillingness to find the appropriate solution was going to cost me $390 extra as I would have had to purchase 2,000 first class rate stamps! The manager, Denise Brown, said she would talk to her employee, but did not seem too concerned about the matter. I do not appreciate that this lack of care would have been so costly.
Horrible/ know one there knows what they are doing ..just showing up for the pay check with no accountability from any one working there.. I just wonder how they sleep at night for how they ruin people's lives
Worst customer service ever. I had a drop off and I forgot to tape one side of the box, one employee who wasn’t on the counter asked the line if anyone had a drop off, and yes but I need one side taped because I forgot and he told me to stay in line and the lady at the counter could help assist me. Once it was my turn I kindly asked if the lady could tape ONE side of the box since there was literally a tape dispenser right next to her… she told me “we sell tape, right behind you.” And called the next person in line. Will never return to this post office, I’m not surprised at the horrible reviews this place has!
I wish I could give 0 star, customer service is horrible. I had appointment for my daughter passport renewal at 12:30 arrived 15 min late tried calling them to notify or if it was ok to still arrive there drove from tracy. As soon as entered at the location the lady was so rude and lied that they tried calling me I didn’t answer. I asked very politely if I can wait she said I can wait but we can’t take you today then what’s the point waiting. Never coming here again! Rude rude rude customer service.
Once AGAIN, for the 200ty time, I am delivered someone else’s mail. We have the same numeric part but completely different street. This ladies medications, bills, etc get delivered every single month here. How can you be responsible to mail people’s mail and miss the fact that you continue to place the wrong mail in the wrong mail box??
