Let’s not mention the elephant room who’s name rhymes with “Jonica” but with an M. Very sneaky manipulative person and truly the only words that come to mind rhymes with “a BORE”. I ’d keep an eye on her if I employed her. Allegedly for educational purposes only
Just got the mail out of my mailbox to find a big white cardboard envelope with big black letters stating "photos-do not bend" with the envelope bent in half, shoved in my box and the 8 x 10 photo bent. Thank you mailcarrier.
Worst usps ever i have scheduled 3 redeliveries the package is too big for me to pick up and they ignored all my request to redeliver.
Staff is always helpful and friendly. The Postmaster there came out and helped me personally with and issue on COA issue.
Went in today 20 May 2022 to get passports for me and my stepson. The lady that helped us was wonderful. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. If you need a passport they seem to have more openings available than post offices in Denver or Boulder. Highly recommend.
The ladies who work this local PO are the best! They are friendly and professional. They can answer your questions. Recently I had to send cremated ashes 1000 miles. They told me what I needed to do, no problem. I had to renew my passport, they told me what I needed to do, no problem. In 20 years I have had a few mis-delivered packages, but I do not expect perfection, because we are all human. I do know if you have a complicated problem it works better to get an answer when it is not super busy. I also know that it never hurts to be prepared with your labels, money and a smile. I have never known these postal workers to not be helpful. So please don't give them a hard time for things they can't control - like COVID regulations, the weather and other natural disasters. Try to be a little more patient the next time you have to stand in line. I guarantee if you smile at them, they will smile at you.
Delivered my order to me instead of the listed To address and wanted me to pay to have it delivered again. Seems like more of bad policy than anything, the staff is quite pleasant otherwise. Will be taking my business elsewhere nonetheless.
Awesome place wish I would of written down the names of the two ladies that helped us. I visited right before closing time on 12-11-20. They stayed open late and helped me tape my package. They did way more then had too or must would. I’m glad I picked the US post office over the other choices. Thank you Johnstown postal workers for your help.
Four stars for one reason and one reason only. Passport services. On your national number nor on your building are any indication an appointment needs to be made. In addition, I don’t know why you don’t have a local phone number posted. Customer service folks it’s a simple as that. In addition, the ladies that work there are great
Lately I've been having a lot of issues with getting my mail. The last 3 packages have been delivered to the wrong address and I have to go to my neighbors to pick it up. It seems to be an issue once a year. They are definitely very kind and apologetic when it happens but it continues to be an issue. I'll notify them about the issue and it gets resolved yet it starts to happen all over again until I call.
