I did a very large mailing 4946 pieces of mail to be exact and I had done it completely wrong. Not one person at this location was rude or demeaning. They took their time to help figure out what was wrong, provided me with paperwork so I could do it correctly next time, and processed my mailing for me. I was not able to get the manager's name before I left, but I do remember Connie was helping me and another very nice woman at the other cash register assisted. This is a great postal office with very wonderful, hard working individuals.
The clerk was helpful and efficient when I had no materials of my own to mail documents off. I was in and out, and was served with a smile and patience. Thank you!
Eleven people’s mail was left jammed in my mailbox, including what looked to be important social security documents. I live in a neighborhood with lock boxes so I cannot put these in the right places. One address is not even in the neighborhood. This is completely unacceptable.
I am so incredibly frustrated. This is the third time that my packages have said they have been received and are in a parcel locker, and there is no key in my mailbox, nor package. The first time it happened, it was an over $100 book that they didn’t even make right, I had to go through the original seller who was generous enough to just send me a new one, the second was for a $50 phone case that I had to call a couple times, but eventually they made it right, and now there are three Amazon products that I needed by today that said they were delivered to the parcel locker with no key in my box to grab it. I’m getting sick of having to spend time tracking down purchases that I have paid for but haven’t received merely because someone is being careless on their route. Honestly, if I had the option to choose the carrier who delivered my packages, I’d choose any other carrier but USPS. This is ridiculous.
The worst post office ever i bougth a closet from amazon that it was sopose to get to puerto rico on Agust 6 and never got to the adress in PR. Real bad servise post office
Packages are often marked as delivered when they were not. Sometimes when that happens my package will show up hours later or my neighbor will find it with their pacakages. I understand the occasional mistake but this is a regular occurrence. I receive mail that is not addressed to our address at least once a week. On one occasion it was from another neighborhood entirely. It’s frustrating to track down a lost package because I have to sit on hold with USPS for 50+ minutes at a time. Certified mail and packages are marked as “Left with Individual” when they are shoved into the mailbox instead. And packages are just being left on top of the mailboxes.
I get mailed checks for my job and when it was supposedly suppose to sent on Saturday I never received . I've been waiting for months because these moves don't wanna do their job right I hope they get fired because if you want to be irresponsible and careless then don't work here .

Mail man who delivers to bonnevista has squished my smaller packages into my Mailbox instead of giving me a parcel . I wrote him a note to please stop Doing that Etsy boxes and such because my important mail has ripped as I tried to Pull out and my packages have been damages. Secondly the lady with the mullet working the counter at the post office has such a short attitude and terrible customer service I dread going for that reason
Had the pleasure of dealing with Leslie this morning. A package of mine had been delivered via USPS to a community parcel box and I never received it. When I called to see what my next steps would be, she was so friendly and helpful-despite it being the busiest time of the year for those guys! I appreciate the efficiency and friendliness.
