Like every home in my subdivision, I placed a mailbox on the street at my front door. My postal carriers refuse to deliver my mail. For almost a month, the main office stamped "Return to Sender" on mail and SAID NOTHING TO ME.
I would like for yall delivery men and women be respectful to our items. One of your lazy workers threw my package on my porch this afternoon. I'm pretty sure she was tired how she looked but that's not how you deliver someone packages. If she don't like she job she need to quit. If someone threw her belongings around I'm pretty sure she wouldn't like it.
Whoever that carrier is for the route by the airport is ignorant! The mailboxes are in plain sight and they never tried to deliver the package both times they claim they did. I hate liars and these idiots can never get punitive actions against them for their ignorance.
I was just at the post office to mail an overnite package. Clerk 14 was phenomenal. Her delivery of service wad EXCELLENT. She was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and very professional in serving customers.

Had a package from Amazon scheduled to arrive via USPS. I saw the mail carrier pull into my yard and stop in front of my porch. Before I could walk outside they turned around and left. A few minutes later I got an alert saying my package was undeliverable because my driveway which they drove down was inaccessible.
It would be nice if you could speak with someone about three packages with the same address. One got delivered & other two returned because address was insufficient. Please explain how this could happen when all three had same address.
On several occurrences, this facility has either: failed to deliver valuable packages to me on the date that the tracking device said it was delivered, made several trips to my home due to "overlooked packages", or delivered them to an incorrect address. The first incident; I did not call the local post office to report it. Thankfully, the incorrect receiver was kind and she drove the package to my home. The next mishap, The tracking stated delivered but it did not come to me. Again, delivered to an incorrect address. The driver of the route was sent to retrieve it from the incorrect address and delivered it to me. The package was just thrown on the front porch. The same happened 2 more times. The addresses where the packages are being left, are not even in the same area!!!! Lastly; on today, I was expecting 5 packages. Initially only 2 were delivered. I called the local office and the driver came back and threw the other 2 down on the porch. The last missing package was delivered to another address. The receiver brought the OPENED packaged to my home. This is beyond frustrating. Something has to be done.
Ladies that work here are pretty nice for the most part and know their job! My concern is that they open at 9:30am and close at 5pm but for some reason can never get open at 9:30am... this week I came at 5:01 two days in a row and now on day three they did not open until 9:40 ‍... if you are going to enforce policy and close on time please do the same and open on time or at least have the decency to work with the customers ie tax payers ie your payroll! Just saying customer service is more than a nice smile and quick service!
I had to come all the way from Cordova, SC to get stamps. The lady inside was very friendly and courteous. The wait time was less than a minute.
