Both ladies working today were very helpful and friendly. I needed some direction with how to send in passport paperwork, and they kindly assisted me. It was a pleasant post office experience, and I appreciate their patience and help!
When the postal clerk goes and digs your 1.11 eBay envelope out of the Dropbox to send it back for simply .19 of additional postage it’s just not right at all, idk what the female postal clerk’s problem is with the short black hair & Baylor lanyard but I’ve been a very regular customer trying to provide good service to my online EBay customers, and when you send me back 6-8 letters all over petty change rather than speaking to me about it first , that upsets my customers and out of the years I’ve had online businesses, you’re the only person to do that. One of the letters I even used the kiosk and you still sent it back postage was already nearly 1.50 As much as I enjoy talking to the other employees at this post office , I won’t be going back so I don’t have to deal with that non-considerate clerk. Plenty of other post offices in the area that I can at the least expect some kind of consideration.
I went here to get help with addressing and opening a PO box. Shirley helped me out, and she's a total angel! Wow! Shirley deserves employee of the year. She is so smart, patient, and bright. God bless Shirley and reward her with abundance, AMEN. I am glad I met her when I came in here.
I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I've had so many bad experiences with this post office that I had to, in hopes that they will read these and one day improve. On more than one occasion too many to count I've registered for the mail carrier to pick up a package, only for them to forget or just not want to do it?. I've had mail delivered to the wrong PO box, never to be found again. The rude blonde postal clerk wanted to charge me to receive a returned item from one of my customers. Mail not delivered to a cluster mailbox due to my house being "inaccessible". I've had 3 big packages that I had to pick up myself at the post office because the mail carrier was too lazy to leave them at my front door -- and a pickup notice wasn't even left at my door or mailbox!!! Thank goodness I checked the tracking number. When I bring up any of these issues to the post office, they state it is because it was a "new" carrier working that day. Never had any of these issues occur in any other town/city I've lived in.
Absolutely PATHETIC!!! 7-26-2023, Time 6:50 pm. Outside Dropbox is full. I could reach in and take mail out! Now I know why the letter I mailed to Red Oak Texas never arrived
Apparently this post office only delivers mail when they want to haven't had mail in 3 days and I know for a fact Noone has been to the box because the same keys for the same doors have been in the same locks .....
I don't know why people don't like this post office. Don't go often, but when i do, they are always friendly and ready to help. Plus they usually have more stamp options than others around here.
Every time I go into the post office they already know. Great customer service always friendly.
I don't like the post office at all. I rarely go & I ONLY go to post offices to return products from companies that provide shipping labels. The ugly man upfront was rude just because I asked for some tape to tape my return. post office customer service is horrible
The Belton post office has the most friendly and helpful employees. They always go above and beyond to a help me.
