The Malden Post Office staff are so nice, they always go over and beyond to help with any questions you may have and are very helpful and knowledgeable with saving you money for all your mailing and shipping needs whether domestic or international. This is one of my favorite post offices to visit. The outside grounds are always kept clean.
Our good ol local Post office! S/o out to the Malden team for going above and beyond. I was waiting for my passport and there must’ve been an address typo. Claudia went above and beyond. Gave me a call and provided the option to pick up personally. Thanks to Claudia and Mohamed I got my hands on my long awaited passport. I also appreciate the level of security to ensure the passport is given to the right person. Good work team!
Just don’t expected much from this post office; they changed my paid priority expected delivery to ground shipping delivery. I have to refund shipping cost to my customer. Taking 2 weeks and still no update.
They attempted to deliver my package but they were unable to deliver the package because supposedly my address was wrong. I've been receiving shipments to my address for months without a single problem. Someone from this site calls me telling me they wait a certain amount of days before sending back the package to the sender; however, they sent it back the same day they attempted the delivery. Makes no sense.
This is the first time I feedback for someone negatively, unfortunately. Would be the worst customer service in the USA, very rude postal service staff at Malden, they left the wrong last name on my delivery and lost my package. - I asked to personal that's okay thing happened and how we can figure out that issue. he is laughed at my face if everyone come here if lost a package I can't return it, mean it I may be lied about lost my package. He didn’t care about my package and my questions. LOST PACKAGE didn’t help to find it. I’m hoping they shipped to back to me. If they won’t refund shipping fee I’ll complaint everywhere.

Used to work at this post office, not worth it trust me. I've seen the supervisors bully the CCAs and force so much OT up to 12 hours a shift. I’ve seen clerks so miserable they treat others like dirt. Couldn’t deal with management and other carriers in the station. Felt too overworked. Union doesn’t help when you call and they always take managements side. So much happier that I left and found a job that suits me. My new management team for my new job is 20 times better than these people will ever be.
Not enough staff. Incredibly long lines. Is this truly a post office in the United States?
This is probably one of the worst post office is in the United States. People were taking my mail and throwing it out then I went down., and I filled out a yellow card for them to hold my mail. They had no idea where it was some tall guy.stepped in started playing tough guy saying I was talking too loud. I was really irritated, is out my mail basically got lost and he didn’t bleep he kept saying I been doing it for 24 years I know what I’m doing. Very rude and didn’t care about anything especially my mail lol. Stay away from this place.
4 appointment and 4 visits to make my daughter’s few months old passport they will always find q way to make you come back! There is always something! Clearly they do not want to work! They look miserable and they put it on clients! The worker was literally being mean telling me to come 15 min early if I want to apply for a passport He had no appointments for passport but still couldn’t take me or help me 4 visits im not kidding! Always pushing back Too lazy to work
