Constantly losing the mail. Had one instance when they were training a new carrier and ended up losing my package because she couldn’t find her way around. DO NOT have any time sensitive materials delivered to you using usps in Bloomfield. Chances are you will not get it. Informed delivery says I have two very important letters supposed to come today but nothing. Go to the office and ask and only thing we get told is the carrier for our place has already been done and moved to her next area.
I have had an awful experience in this this place. The employee, the fat guy who is always grumpy by the name of Nathaniel treated us poorly. He was very rude and very unprofessional when we went here the other day. He yelled at us asked us to leave when we said we haven't' been helped yet. He has a terrible attitude/ demeanor, and the post office really need to to do something about it. Very bad customer service.
This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to! From the staff straight to the facility. I Had my mailbox updated, they gave me the wrong key. The guy with glasses at the desk didn’t know what he was doing, he had a coworker come up and then there were two knuckle heads trying to find forms and didn’t know how to ring me up. I was told, “here are the keys, the box will be changed tomorrow” The keys don’t work! I called and my call kept ringing, ringing and ringing. My issue has yet to be resolved and now I have to make a trip, in person to get my issue resolved. Hopefully someone with knowledge is working
They paid to delete my other review, so here goes. Employees are NOT helpful and NOT friendly. The last time I stepped foot in this place, a woman was absolutely nasty. I could not stand it, so I let my kids get the receipt. She started asking them where they lived and was harassing them! Luckily, our address was not on our packages. I've seen employees argue with customers, they have no decency or respect. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't work with customers if you don't know customer service!
I wanted to share this...i have been Quarantined pretty much this whole time..i buy online so it's delivered..but at times things are sent thru USPS. Well i have had some issues getting things delivered from online companies sometimes they are Delayed and i am not sure what is going on..sometimes they get sent back to the Post Office.. Well then i call and sre what is there...and i have called many times each time getting this young Man who is Nice Calm and Helpful...i have to say Thankyou to Him his name is Lonny. You have been very helpful!! Keep up the good work..i will probably be calling you again!!
10 years of the worst service. One lady no names mentioned here with a really sweet voice, goes out of her way to make my life miserable every time i see her. Often i wonder is it just me? Did i ofend her somewhere sometime or what. Very rude unhelpful and Down right vindictive. I have this box on invoices throughout the country or I would leave in a heartbeat. It is NO fun checkin the mail here:::
This post office is a little hole in the wall but the employees are friendly and there is rarely a line.
Always great service!
