I completely enjoyed mailing my letters at this location today. The staff is very polite, friendly and quick. The treat each customer with respect. They truly try the best they can and it was a pleasure to witness. Thank you for all you do! Thank you for being open later on a Saturday!
Understandably, the location is understaffed and cannot accept passport appointments. However, since they are able to be scheduled online for this location, notification that they are not processing applications needs to be given before the day of the scheduled appointment. I had an appointment scheduled well in advance for this afternoon and received a call this morning that I needed to reschedule at another location. People make adjustments to their schedules and more advanced notice would have been nice.
At 10:22 on 04/22/2023, this location staffed with two plus employees refused to provide a real receipt at counter with time and weight. Read the receipt the machine drop off gives you without weight or proof of package acceptance and you will see the machine these breathing humans are forcing on you is not a valid drop off. I hope you get an adult supervisor to run this location in the next decade. “Priority” service.
Awful costumer service, they refuse print labels at counter when zero people in line just keep sending people to self kiosk. They don't give you choice in being help by a person. Empty counter employees just standing while everyone should use self kiosk. While self kiosk doesn't provide acceptance receipts and weight which is absolutely necessary for prove of mailing.
Absolutely rude, worker refused scanned my packages and told me go to self help kiosk because customer like me take precious time from her to help people ...never have answer like this from post worker in another post office...attitude, bossy no desire to help.
Lobby is opens on time at 8 am maybe twice a week. Routinely waiting on employees to open the doors well after the supposed opening time. Inconvenient and understaffed
4 starsWheelchair users beware the ramp is quirky off to the side and has sharp turns. Inside are small lines with tight turnaround space and limited for anyone needing to pass by. However, 5 stars extreme kudos to agent “Sherry” and her team that assisted us today offering extraordinary customer service patience and compassion for differently “abled” customers making us feel like valued customers.
If you want poor customer service with no accountability this is your post office. I recently observed a female employee yell and berate a customer and then the employee left the desk area, went to the back and never returned. Based of off historical reviews this seems to be a common theme.
They close at 6 but the self service kiosk is open until 6. There was no flat rate boxesnot express flat rate, normal flat rate in there. There were two ladies working inside an i asked one of them very nicely to give me one of those free flat rate boxes so I could send me packing using the automated kiosk but she said “NO! Come back tomorrow!” I asked many times and explained how simple was my request but she still said no! I waited there for about 15 minutes hoping she might change her mind and help me out but NO!!! Come to think of it maybe it was their responsibility to fill up those box shelves but ... It feels sad to notice that you are living in a society that some of its citizens don’t care even a tiny bit for others...
Been a customer since day 1. The supervisors need to learn how to speak to the customers. Always rude. This post office has always had a very bad reputation. One’ of the clerks used extremely foul language towards me. I use the kiosk and the doors are supposed to be open at 8:00. I’ve waited for them on a regular basis. They never open at 8:00. Unacceptable customer service.
