Typical post office. They have a package drop off. If you can pre label your packages I recommended it to avoid standing in line. Not enough tellers but the ones working are trying their hardest to help customers. Parking lot gets full, so don’t be surprised if you have to wait in a line to find a spot.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. Sure they’re busy and the lines are long but the workers are trying their best. I do believe because they are so busy, they don’t have the time to give proper friendly customer service, therefore minus one star. Cmon, people, show these workers some support for all they do for us with minimal pay.

Shortly after my neighbors and me complained about mis delivered mail a usps form was put in my locked mailbox proclaiming my house vacant and no further mail is to be delivered. My creditors are sending emails saying mail sent to me is returned to them. I think a postmaster general complaint and people being fired are the next steps

I dropped off a phone to deliver to T-Mobile here two months ago and it was never sent. They took my phone and I now have to pay $700 dollars, I hope it was worth it to you. 0 stars, obviously.

First they lost my wife's package, then they put a note in our mailbox saying we had to pay to get it back, go to the post office and they have no clue where the package is and are ignoring us. Worst post office ever.

Recently was supposed to receive a package. Got a notice that it was unable to be delivered with a reason of "no access." This was left in my mail box. I suspect the package might have been too big to fit inside the box. I do live down a private road, but they haven't had issues bringing my mail down to my door before. There is no gate preventing access, and while I have dogs, they would have been inside at the time and the fenced yard they have access to is a backyard so there was no issues with them posing a threat. The redelivery article number just doesn't work. When I check the tracking number, it says redelivery available. But when I try to initiate the redelivery I get told it's not eligible for redelivery when I put the same tracking number in. I work nights and the post office is open during my sleeping hours. I have to go out of my way, stay up hours later than I normally would to go pick up this package. Best part of the situation, I can't get my own mail delivered but they have no problem delivering my neighbors junk mail into my box almost daily because my neighbors don't have a mail box.

The merchant we ordered from sent us a package and it accidentally went to Auburn Washington Post office we gave him the tracking number case number everything and they refused to send us the package told us to take it up with the merchant the merchant told us the post office needs to send us a package because it was delivered to the wrong address the post office refused to send it to us

Yikes!! All these negative reviews...? My postman is Always friendly, professional, prompt and tucks our packages away to deter porch pirates. I've had a few roommates come and go and all I had to do was to stick a note on my mailbox saying "this person no longer lives here" and he was always mindful and diligent to not deliver mail for those people...he even helped my neighbor, an elderly non-English speaking woman back to her home after she had confused him her her taxi to her Dr's appointment!  Any time I visted the office sure, the line was long but they were working efficiently. I didn't have packaging for some of the things I wanted to send but they were more than happy to set me up with sufficient boxes or envelopes.

They do everything to avoid helping you, blame you for their mistakes, and then try to charge you for what they did. Name is listed, returned my package even though we've been getting this same package for a year at this same address, and refused to correct it without trying to make me pay for their mistake. That is scammy and scummy. Called the main USPS customer service for an investigation.

Laziest workers ever. Claimed to make a delivery attempt, but I've been home all day AND I have a Ring camera as well. Our mail boxes also have parcel lockers as well. The workers from this location will NEVER make an effort to get your package to. One worker stuffed my package into a parcel locker to the point that I had to rip my box just to get the items out.
