CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD. THEY’RE ALWAYS IN A BAD MOOD AND YOU CANT ASK THEM ANYTHING BC THEY HAVE AN ATTITUDE. ITS YOUR WORK GUYS, DEAL WITH IT.
This morning 4/15/22 the lady at the counter was the most friendly, helpful and accommodating employee I've dealt with. She was genuinely pleasant and went out of her way and helped me big time. If your reading this, thank you again
my package from overseas was returned to the sender without notice. I only received the notice about the package in the post office and waiting for me to get it, and when I got there five days later it was returned already which should have been held for longer per policy. I was very upset about the decision. It was such a waste of time and money!
They never answer the phone, they will hang up on you before allowing you to speak or they'll place you on hold without greeting you for 15-45 minutes so that you are forced to hang up and try again. They do not deliver mail consistently or safely, nor do they own up to that. No matter what mistakes or errors they make, it is your or your organization's fault.
Best postal employees at any branch I've ever been to. Anyone who leaves a bad review for employees who deal with the general public doesn't understand how much patience it takes. I've never had a bad experience here.
I just went to the post office with my tracking number because my package has been sitting at the post office for 2 days. The postal worker at the window told me that he couldn’t help me because the package needed to be scanned again. I asked when he thought that would be and he said that he had no idea.
We appreciate the service from our mail carrier and the work of those at the Havertown location. We always get friendly and quick service.
Mail delivery service is poor. We did not receive any mail on Tues or Wed this week. Most other weeks we are missed at least once a week. Some of the letters that are scanned and posted in Informed Delivery are never received. WHERE IS MY MAIL???
Good service. It could be faster if they hire more cashiers. The USPS are always helpful getting our postal needs done!
Very busy but the line was moving. The APC was broken and would of helped shorten the line for the counter.
