Came in around 4:30 pm to mail out a package and it was quick and painless! Christina made this the best USPS experience I’ve ever had. She was honest, professional and friendly. I appreciate people and workers like her. Thanks, Christina and USPS.
They are actually putting my stuff in a lock box.........thus,not forcing to have too "people" I Thank the "Post Office God's" for that! 'Cuz honestly......... I'm not particularly enamored of "people" currently and personally, I'm really starting to believe in "eugenics"
Landscaping is always massively overgrown, automatic doors have been broken for years, employees dress sloppily and verbally sigh and complain about customers and the work they have to do. The lobby usually has overflowing trash cans and trash on the floors... All government buildings receive facilities maintenance $, where is this money for this location going?
The lady at the counter saw me walking in with two large packages at 4:59 and the doors to customer service had already been locked and she looked right at me and proceeded to shut down the gate. I had tried really hard to drive down on a busy day, left work early and all. Government workers doing the bare minimum.
Do not believe USPS if you ask them for a number of days for delivery. Multiply by 2 what they promise to you and plan accordingly! More over, Its hard to reach them out to find lost delayed mail. They do not consider it as an issue.
Having the 24hr lobby is very convenient! I'm a small business owner and have been bringing my packages to this location for shipment. I haven't had an issue until recently, but it seems as if this location doesn't consistently scan packages upon arrival or at all, therefore leaving tracking numbers useless for both me and my customers. Many of my shipped packages are still saying that they're in "Pre-Transit", when in fact some of them have been delivered which I only found out by contacting my customers directly. As for the others - they're behind on the estimated ship days which would be fine if I could see where they're held up, and I have no way of knowing if my package was never scanned, lost in transit, or simply misplaced by staff and still sitting in the post office waiting to be sent out. It reflects poorly on my business when packages aren't being delivered. When a customer goes to see where it is, it says that I never brought it to the post office when in fact, I have. I can't give my customers any information as to where it is or what happened to it. I will now be going to a different post office that I can rely on to accurately ship my postage.
The female supervisor I spoke to has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I keep getting someone else's mail in my PO Box and have complained to her several times. Every time I tell her I keep getting someone else's mail, she becomes more rude and simply has a horrible attitude. She has no business working with the public. I have complained to several of her supervisors and they do nothing!!. Stay away from this post office if you can. 3-1-2022 - As of today, the Rocklin Post Office still will not fully investigate the 16 different opened, stolen, and lost pieces of mail most of which were financial. The Post Masker Sherry Lenevich was less than cooperative, and did not want to give any help with finding the cause of all of our stolen mail issues. In fact she hung up the phone on me and refused to get her supervisors name to me. After doing some research and locating the supervisor, her attitude changed. Funny. I have recently seen approximately 8 other people in Rocklin that have had the same issues in the past several months. They should be ashamed of how they treat the public as they are ran by the government Owned by the People.
Rude and uncaring. To old to me how to ship something but it was returned. They wouldnt refund me. Very expensive lesson as customer is always wrong.
My experience has been that tne customer service level at the counter is a bit better but no worse than any other post office I have been to. I do like dropping my mail off at this location, because it gets processed fast. Open on Saturdays till 4:00 is a plus. After hours the place looks like the janitor never showed up, though. I like the electronic doors and that they have a scale and a self service machine. Our community box, along with several others had the front torn off also and they came out the next day and replaced our box with a newer, safer version. They notified us and issued us new keys. I see the drivers out on the holidays delivering packages well into the evening on Christmas Eve. So although they are not perfect, I am not going to bash them. I wouldn't want their job.
The lady my husband and I spoke to was very rude and obviously did not know what the hell she was doing. She spoke to us like we were complete idiots. We live in an apartment complex and any boxes that we were supposed to get were to come to our main office and drop off a slip in our mailbox saying to go there to pick it up. Well, so far every package we've had, we did not receive any sort of slip at all. We had to go check on our packages almost every day. So, today we went here and the lady wouldn't even let my husband speak at all. She snottily said "did you receive a slip like this?" and held it up. My husband tried to explain what was going on and she just literally kept talking. Never mind about the package problem that I already had with the box my parents shipped me which was a guaranteed 2-day shipping and it's now the 4th day... I absolutely hate USPS. I feel like they hire people who haven't graduated from primary school.
