I have never had a problem with my mail being delivered, until today. I received my package opened without the product in it. I called customer service, only to be told it couldn’t be tracked to see what happened. Seriously?! I’m pretty sure one of the workers removed the product from my package. I pray we never experience something like this again.
I needed some stamps so post office it was. I took for granted the big city post offices with the modern technology, so to speak. I thought they might have a machine and you can self serve, but they do not. I only had to wait in line for a few minutes and the postal worker was most pleasant. I got my stamps and off into the world I went!
Mary hates her job!!! She has the worst customer service ever to be an older adult. She was very rude and threw her hand up at me. I will never visit again I’ll drive to Michigan if I have to for stamps. Alan was nice, whom is the manager, but never addressed Mary and the bad attitude. I read through some other reviews and apparently I’m not the first to have these encounters! As the saying goes do unto others as you would want done unto you! Great customer service goes along way you just never know when you may have to see the person again. I hope someone steps in and addresses it soon. I was in total shock regarding some of things she said in front of other customers.
This post office has absolutely no concern for the way they do business. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and when I got home, it wasn't there. I called the pst office and they said they would have to wait and speak with the driver. They think people are stupid. They have the ability to look up a tracking number and tell exactly where that package was scanned and entered. Let's just say I found out that this driver entered that she left the package at the door but the scanner stated it was left at the end of the driveway. I actually caught this worker once before leaving my box in the driveway instead of by the door. She was so lazy and unconcerned that she didn't even notice I was sitting in the car in the driveway right behind her. By the way, the post master never called back!
I was suppose to receive two packages in my mail 3 days ago but only received one even though the other package was shown that it was delivered but it was not. So i called and a guy named Alan was very nice and tried his best to find out what happen. Today he called me back saying he found my package because it didn't have my full address it. Thank you Alan for a wonderful customer service and saving Halloween for my son.
I have had numerous issues with this post office for the last 8 years. The drivers are very nice but the office workers not so much. 2 stars are only given because of the nice drivers. Honestly corporate needs to step in retrain the employees. they have no idea how to speak properly and to be courteous to those who works hard to pay their salary.
Absolute garbage customer service. Alan answered the phone and was unable to give me any information I didnt already know. As someone already stated on here, they think you are stupid. Alan's answers were general, answers that I found easily by looking up the tracking info online. Anything beyond a general answer and he became short and expressed an attitude that was uncalled for. He refused to actually listen to what I was saying and chose instead to just repeat the same information back to me over and over as if I'm deaf or mentally deficient. The more questions I asked, the more his attitude grew. IF YOU CANNOT BE SOCIABLE ENOUGH TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE, GET SOMEONE WHO CAN. Alan is an unpleasant man and needs to be kept in the back if he has such a problem interacting with the public.
The employees, EXCEPT the custodian, are the nastiest people you want to encounter. Don't bother talking to the supervisor either- He sides with them even when wrong. The front workers can be rude and cocky at times and try to make you feel two feet tall. The back workers constantly place mail in the wrong PO box.
If I could give 0 stars that’s what they would get, an apparently it’s a regular thing for this post office to put in the system it’s delivered and it’s not after reading other reviews. Same thing happened to me, all the way down to the Alan guy which is the manager being a big Doof!
