I will give them a 2 because the doctor and the nurse was nice.... Got in, waiting with noone in the room an hour in a half. Then come to the back, didn't get seen for a little over 2 hours .. I feel horrible and just wanted to go, but have to wait another hour for Covid swab they said... So basically 5 hours in the er........... with 2 or 3 people. Ridiculous wait time.
It's one of the friendliest places I have ever been too.
Dr. Dada is an amazing and caring physician who digs deep to find answers for her patients. It is clear she is passionate about knowing her patients as people and takes the time to understand their fears and goals and helps them find the answers they are seeking. My daughter, myself and now my husband are all patients of hers and could not be happier with the care we receive
Go somewhere else. These people I dealt with are crooks. Told me one price and billed me alot higher price. Would not recommend
It was been so convenient because just a few mile from our home but in our experience here for two times went this area from emergency section to a check-up. They’re all nice but the way how they handle their clients and told them that was ok with out serious medication because your sickness is minor. And giving medicine that no improvement what so ever for almost 3 weeks taking medication that they required. We ended up going to a urgent care, because it’s getting worst and worst. I don’t know if they did the right thing or not? Or maybe we just in-counter a wrong doctor.
The staff seems nice.. but with that said, I'm never going back if I could help it. Oh they don't deal with anything for filling out the American Disability Act documents, they don't even know who to send you to that does. Further more if you get blood work done. I wouldn't, I asked them if they would look at my card to see if I would be charged extra. They said No, you should be fine." Not a chance, My insurance uses Quest other wise there is a deductible to meet. This hospital doesn't use them. So now I have to pay for that. Thank you! And it doesn't stop there, the doctor. I told her I might have high cholesterol and I do according to the most expensive bill I ever paid for blood work and her comment was check out this government site for health resources, not thinking even trying to put me on a pill for it. I was looking for a primary doctor, I'll just look somewhere else, good day. Each problem I see I weigh it out between the negatives and positives. Three negatives. the two positives they where nice and that they where close between my home and work place. So two stars.
I took my mother, Who is 92 years old, to the Olympic Plaza to have her annual mammogram performed. As we enter the building we were stopped ask questions about COVID-19 and our temperature taken. They questioned my being with my mother and I explain to them that she was elderly and I was going to be with her for safety reasons. We entered into the office where the mammogram was to be performed and approach the front desk. The women that were working there were behind pixie glass and wearing masks. But in the waiting area there was no safe distancing at all!! every chair was taken we were in very close contact with One another, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL!!! I believe that this is a very UNSAFE environment for these women to have to sit and wait in this crowded room with each other for over 45 minutes. Something needs to be done with rescheduling so that this does not occur. I debated on whether to even inform your company of the situation because I’m very sure you are aware of it. Something needs to be done to provide a safe environment for these women and men that depend on you to provide a safe environment to have medical procedures performed.
The nurses and drs were very nice and explained everything to me BUT the lady working the desk in the ER was very rude when we got there . If you aren't a people person , get a new job! I was there because my child's temp got to high for comfort. She acted like I was there for no reason
Discriminatory service is the norm here. If you can go somewhere else, do. Clerical staff needs supervision. My privacy rights were repeatedly and blatantly violated here. More than one HIPPA violation occurred within 15 minutes. This is a violation of federal law, and not a staff member noticed. Was reported to hospital
I use to recommend all of the UT facilities in this area over other hospitals, because in general I do think the staff is pretty good. Unfortunately, continual billing errors that they promise to fix, but never do has pushed me to the point I'd rather drive to Dallas when possible.
