The URA is the best value for ServSafe Certification, Food Handler Permits, Alcohol Training, and Work Place Safety. The ProStart program is provided through the Utah Restaurant Association. ProStart provides high school students with culinary and restaurant business training which was available only through college education before. Students graduate with supervisory skills strengthening the dynamic Utah Food Service Industry."
