Thank you for your interest. The purpose of this research study is to learn more about the effects of smoking cigarettes with varying levels of nicotine.
The purpose of this research study is to learn more about the effects of smoking cigarettes with varying levels of nicotine. During this study you will be asked to smoke cigarettes provided to you by this lab. The study cigarettes may contain different amounts of nicotine than what is found in most brands. You must be willing to come into our lab for a screening visit and 14 additional visits over the course of 5 to 7 weeks.
When you call our lab, one of our research staff members will ask you a few questions over the phone to determine if we would like you to come to the laboratory for an in-person screening. There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer as truthfully and accurately as possible so we make sure to get you into the right study. If you feel uncomfortable answering any of the questions, please let us know. Answering these questions is completely voluntary. All the information you give us is kept confidential.
