Completely Incompetent instructors, 90% of the class was spent listening to words being read off of a PowerPoint presentation. Don't dare challenge an instructor on his knowledge of the law, clearly if you get hired to be an instructor here you are a legal expert and all your teachings must be treated as such, because we all know there isn't any gray area in the subject of law, it's all perfectly black and white. Some of the patrol cars didn't even start they were so old, training areas were incredibly old and outdated, some of the buildings should be condemned. The scenarios presented to students were ridiculous, and how the students were told to handle them were sometimes blatantly false and if you argue your point you'll simply be dismissed or threatened to receive a "contact card". Students were never permitted to give honest feedback due to the petty threats made by instructors, it was like living in a communist state. A trained monkey could pass the tests and quizzes, and if not, surely they could pass it on the 2nd chance that's afforded to every student. The only redeeming time spent here was on the shooting range. Throughout the course pictures were taken of the "training", but in typical military fashion it was just for appearances, to make it seem as if the government isn't wasting the taxpayer's dollars sending students here even though that's exactly what they're doing. There were constant new hires for Instructors, it was a revolving door which speaks volumes about an organization's structure and leadership. Suffice to say that I did not enjoy my time here
Was assaulted by Chris Vereide who was trained here obviously he's incompetent
