Valley Estates Mobile Home Park

I contacted them looking to see if they had a trailer spot available. They said they were tearing down a manufactured home to make a spot. I signed an exorbitantly expensive contract because I had to be out of where I was. They then completely failed to clear the site by the first day of the contract. There was trash everywhere, the main power feeds had just been hacked off and the sewer and water were not usable. I tried to contact them about this breach of contract and they refused to answer. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. Even some of the residents said the property is a nightmare and told me I should be glad I got out of it.
