Valley Gate Park

Where to begin. We have never had problem till this new owner took over. He comes onto your property without any notice , taking pictures while on your property, He took a photo of my home which you can clearly see right inside my living room window last year , well this year I got a photo sent to me of him standing in front of my bedroom window when there was no need to be standing in front of it, towing peoples work vehicles. You pay for water you cannot drink from the tap. You will have to replace a hot water tank every 3-4 years. Lived in this park 33 years an now he is making you pay for your own gravel which was always included. The list goes on an on ! People are running outta this mobile park because it's an absolute nightmare to deal with the owner and all the other problems that come along with it I use to love saying this park is where my forever home will be , but the time can't come fast enough to move outta here .

Where do you start.they come on ur lot take pics of ur vehicles and everything like it's the law. The owner is a absolute joke he hids .he doesn't answer the phone Just stay clear if anything owned or ran by havells If I could give a zero I would Run just run

Havills have no respect. Park was good before David started sticking his nose into everyone’s business. Lots of hypocrisy when it comes to cleanliness of lots while he leaves the unowned lots unmowed for months on end with garbage in them. Ongoing water issues,… we refuse to even drink the tap water and our pipes are corroding, plumber says because of the water. Silly rules such as not being able to have more than 2 vehicles even if your driveway fits multiple, you will get towed WITHOUT notice. Lots of people in the park have issues getting ahold of David but if he has something to say he’ll enter the property again WITHOUT NOTICE. Need better relationship with the owners in your park.

wasn't to bad of a park before they took it over now it's trash. and the water is still a ongoing issue on to my 5th hot water tank in 8 years. and still nothing done about it no compensation. just yearly lot maintenance notices to make sure your property is up to thier standards. but everything eles is allowed to be broken or trash on their end of things. do not recommend this park or anything to do with havils in general. few more years and we are buying land and moving out of this park. also there little minion David Havil has no respect what so ever. do not recommend this or any other park they own

I live here. Pros Play grounds nice. Neighbours are friendly. Cons Since New Park Manager took over. Things have taken a major dive. No warning upon inspections. Had to install dual water filters to keep sediment out. Ditches empty lots not kept up with.

Visited Ray's camper.. lots of bottle kids, also piss jugs everywhere. Jroc's licensed bar up in his moms trailer is legit!

Living here is pretty great.
