Stupen place trying to make an appointment.......3 hours in the phone never answer......in person they give me wrong information.....this place sucks....all the time is the same. Government don't Care this place....

Last night I took my 5 months old daughter to urgent care here at this facility at 8pm. Even tho their hours show 9pm last patient/close time,m and even tho Santa Clara county social service agent told us they should take us in ANY time before 9pm. My daughter is 5 months old and she has redness on/around her neck. She keeps itching it and can’t sleep. They all saw how uncomfortable my daughter was and she was itching. They said, “Sorry, we have 3-4 patients inside, you should go to this hospital, they take patients until 10pm.” I can’t believe they didn’t take her in even tho they had 1 more hour time.

This place is where you need to go If you are scared to death of dentist, like me they've extracted 3 teeth so far and I have yet to feel any pain. I had a bad experiance at a well known clinic W.....n Dental treated me like I was a big baby, come to find novacain does not work if you have an infection. WEST..N DENTAL. Thank God I came here instead.

A great wonderful modern earthquake proof facility. Managed better than ever, to meet the needs of their patients

Went for an emergency tooth ache and the Dr was so helpful was able to remove my tooth the same day! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am forsure coming back! I highly recommend this dentist.

WHEN CALLING TO SPEAK WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS LIKE RECORDS OR REFERRALS THERE IS NO OPTION FOR THIS. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF I WERE GIVEN THESE OPTIONS AS I AM A REFERRAL FOR DME AND WOULD NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN REFERRALS.

This place need more smarter workers . The pharmacy has dumb ladies working there. 1 out 5 know what they are doing . Only 1 vietnamese guy who is quick and know what he is doing. There is Mexican lady who mean and rude half the time.

Good health care services,while the patient is treated as priority.

They were having some kind of event so there was no parking available. I let my son out of the car to go to the lab and drove around for a good 15 minutes until my son came out!

The people here are the finest kind, I get my dental work done here.
