The staff at Valley Memorial were so kind and understanding during a difficult time with the death of our mother. They were very considerate while explaining the options and provided guidance when needed. They went above and beyond with their support and we so appreciate it. We went to Valley Memorial and Funeral because our grandparents are there. We left there knowing we were in good hands. Thank you.
Amazingly personal and caring experience. Michael is very thoughtful. Thank you!!!
They were very professional and helpful during our mother Shirley's internment with our father Tom. We also put the ashes of their 2 beloved dogs Misty and Markie beside them as well. They would have wanted that.
The kindness, compassion and willingness to work with our budget made a difficult time more bearable.
Michael was very knowledgeable about the entire process to include the military requirements and ceremony at Willamette National. I received more assistance than what I expected given this was my first experience of managing a burial process.
My father, paternal grandparents, paternal uncle, maternal great uncle and aunt, a nephew, and special friends who were neighbors for years all buried here. The longest one has been there since 1964. All of these years the place has been kept immaculately landscaped and the staff are always professional. When I had a hard time finding one grave site the landscaper gladly helped since he's so familiar with the family names from working there for over a decade. Very nice fellow.
I honored the soldier and polices and such... just suck that the force abused power by stopping traffic and have their line of cars drove in and out without a good reason... please consider the others too...
