5 star for Said he always gets our maintenance request done quickly and well done. Also, very nice guy overall!! Management is another story though very hard to get a hold of and no manager on site which sucks.
From the moment they stopped having a manager in the office, these place is a disaster, also if you call the number they give you, no one answers. I've been trying to talk to someone from the office for 3 weeks and no one answers, but if you call the option about rent payment if they answer. The truth is that I do not recommend that you move to this place and the rent is being raised by 10% every year.
Very happy with maintenance. Said is always quick, polite and does the job right.
Said came to fix the lights that was broken upstairs and he was quick and professional. Very respectful and friendly as well.
Said fixed the garbage disposal quick and gave simple tips to avoid the issue in the future! Thanks!!
I have lived at Valley Park for several years. Said is the maintenance manager and has always been extremely helpful, whether it is responding immediately to maintenance issues, or even just providing a friendly greeting when I am out for a walk. He is courteous and kind and is able to address all my concerns quickly and efficiently. The property managers have changed several times over the years, but he has been a consistent source of resident support.

I have been living at Valley Park apartments for more then 26 years. I love living here. Said is the best Maintenance worker at this site. He is kind, honest, awesome, helpful, and a very hard worker.
Nice place to live...just like Fountain Valley's motto. Dog friendly. Been here 4 years. But...it's going down hill. It appears that they have rented to some gang banger families and graffiti is showing up, upkeep is lacking lately and it might be time to move if they don't take action soon. Cars have been vandalized too. I'll give it till December when my lease is up. Was and could be better.
Didn't even move in, but had an appointment set to view a 2bed/2bath they listed on HotPads. Call the morning of to let them know I was on my way and was told for the first time the unit was rented out. Also, they have 2bed/1.5bath, not 2/2. Good thing I called so I didn't waste my time.
