Tiffany was awesome. I felt her positive energy when she greeted me as I walked through the door. I didn't feel any pressure from her to make a purchase. As soon as I had a question, she answered with professionalism. Kevin is not a salesperson but he definitely is the reason why I made my purchase. He has over 11 years experience at vcf and it definitely shows. I wish he was could benefit from the commission because it's well deserved. Great team!
My representative was professional and knowledgeable. I was able to find my dream mattress. Selection was great. Date of delivery was 4 days from when I purchased. The delivery time frame ,as far as time of day was perfect. Delivery team professional. Keep up the great service. I’ll coming back.

Tiffany was amazing. She took her time and listened to our needs without hovering over us while we shopped. She found us different options and even wrote down the measurements for us to make sure it fits. Very pleasurable experience Will definitely shop here again.
I Really don’t like to do reviews, but I want to share with you some valuable information. Not only do VCF have beautiful furniture they have quality furniture that will last for years and the styles will stay relevant. Tiffany, goes the extra mile when telling you about the style and quality of the furniture. The staff doesn’t pressure you and make sure they have your best interest in mind. They also follow up to make sure that you are enjoying your furniture. They also have unbelievable guarantees to make sure that you are completely satisfied. They are very sharp and very respectful.
My family and I just moved to the area, so we came here looking for a couch. We were immediately greeted by our salesman, “Spoon” short for Witherspoon, when we walked in the door. He was cheerful and helpful but not push; the perfect salesman! Spoon answered all our questions, helped us put together the perfect couch for us, and gave us plenty of space and time to talk private during the process. Highly recommend the store, and don’t forget to ask for Spoon!
Mr Witherspoon is a very knowledgeable and outstanding Salesperson. He’s also funny, courteous, professional, and patient. He greeted and helped me the second I walked through the door. I purchased furniture through Mr Witherspoon before and realized it by his funny and professional service. He makes you feel like family or a friend you’ve known for years. More merchandise would be sold regardless of the price if businesses had Salespeople like him. My Mother always told me, “You get what you pay for”!! That statement is so true. VCF might be a little expensive but we’ll worth it. The dresser with the mirror was the first purchase a wedding anniversary gift and the other furniture was the second by me as a gift The livingroom set was purchased as a gift to me too after I replaced the set I had for 10 years from VCF. It’s still in good condition so I put it in the basement livingroom. I will be using Mr Witherspoon to refurnish the rest of the house.
The store looks impeccable as well as the furniture, the prices are fair... But above all, the treatment of the staff is super friendly, they help you get exactly what you are looking for and have them take more than the bill, they help you find solutions In case you have problems... I'm very happy.. Very good job Ashley Coleman, you made my day, I left here very happy...
Bris was absolutely wonderful! I needed specific specifications for a reclining chair within a general price range and she took the time to help me as I tried different options. She even helped me take pictures and measurements that I needed for a work table! She was very attentive and kind.
When visiting the Burbank store my husband and I were greated and helped for what purchase we were interested in buying. The salesman Elliot was quite experienced in answering our questions and concerns. He appeared to be knowledgeable about the sectional and other sets we were looking into purchasing which help our decision to to made quickly. Also, we liked the fact that he did not rush us into buying which made it easy to buy from there store. I'm recommending this store to my family and friend.
