Mohammed is absolutely an amazing salesman. He isn’t pushy at all, he’s very patient and knowledgeable about all the different products in store. He takes notes and listens to your needs. I honestly recommend him to everyone and anyone that wants to shop at the Rockville VCF.
I was able to purchase lovely pieces of furniture for my living room and the breakfast nook. Ken in Rockville store was extremely helpful for me to find the furniture I liked. It was delivered today and I am extremely happy with the purchase. Delivery people were also did a great job. Very affordable and good quality Lane Furniture. I recommend this store.

With her help I was able zero down on the products I wanted to purchase without compromising on the quality as well as my budget. Thanks so much.
I purchased a couch from this location back in July, and because of the custom order, it took a few more weeks for me to receive my delivery. Delivery day comes around and there was a little miscommunication with my delivery as well as the window for delivery. The manager, Larry, was vigilant and making sure that my issue got resolved so that I can get my couch before my very busy weekend. Larry went above and beyond to make sure he made it right for me. I highly recommend the Rockville team!!

Superb experience. The staff was very friendly, had deep knowledge. And the best part - our interaction with “Kelem”, she’s a super star, she made us feel comfortable, explained the whole process and helped us take an informed decision.
My experience with the Rockville location was phenomenal. My initial sales associate Luis, aided in ensuring my concerns were voiced. The manager, Larry - sealed the deal and provided me with new furniture to be delivered in less than a week. They were both attentive, courteous, and extremely customer centered. This is something that has been lacking and I am grateful for their attention to detail and unwavering focus to ensure I was a happy client. I will be a return customer to this location and the VCF brands should this level of service continue.
The staff at this location are amazing! I had several issues with my purchase that was no fault of the item itself, staff or delivery but had to come back into the VCF Rockville store several times to change my order. Robert Sharps, my sales guy was patient and very knowledgeable and helpful with me making a decision. But during my last visit he made the store manager Larry Hazzard aware of the issues I was having and Larry stepped in and made my customer service experience even greater! Thank you both for all your help!
We had a great shopping experience with Luis! We found exactly what we needed for our basement movie theater. We were looking for a modular couch that was also comfortable and could fit in a small space. We couldn’t find anything that worked as nicely at other furniture stores. This was our second time shopping at VCF and we will definitely be back.
Antoine did a great job helping us today finding our new sofa and recliner. While he is a Commanders fan we understand and worked with him anyway. It is obvious both Eagles and Commanders fans can work together.
