Want to update review went to pick up glasses and they were sent to wrong store. So aggravated. Went out of way to go pick up glasses and save me having to take more time off work appreciate the customer service
Office manager and office staff do not know their job. Can’t submit an insurance claim correctly. Stay away from this company. Hard to deal with them after they have your money . Take from you then take from the insurance company. Fraud or just don’t know what they are doing. No accountability just play the blame game. Poor customer service.
Excellent service and very personable people. They stand behind their products. I had an issue with my lenses And the replaced them with no questions asked.
Allowed people on waiting room without mask should of told patients to wear a mask upon entering
Are my new glasses supposed to have scratches/marks ?
