This business is unprofessional, lazy, cheap, and rude. LAZY. Kept my ignition all day, did not update me or call me or anything. They planned on keeping it for several days without notice. Then to tell me they can’t drill two pins out and make a key. The one older man was nice and respectful, he deserved a lot more than that company. The younger lady and man were lazy pigs and just want as much money from you without doing a job for it. Such a rip off I would recommend Cassidy’s Locksmith or any other locksmith over this one. They definitely have not been in the business for 60 years, they had the knowledge and experience of a 12 year old.
I was very disappointed in the service that I received from ABC Locksmith. I had ABC come out to install my keypad lock for $75, only to find out the next day that it was not installed properly and my door could be opened without entering the passcode. When I called ABC back, they said that they did not install it wrong, it must be a program error. I would have to pay them $85 to come back out to fix the issue. I called the manufacturer of the lock and they walked me through taking the lock apart and reinstalling it properly. It took less than 30 min. and it was FREE! I will never use ABC again, as they would not admit that they could have installed it wrong, and then had the nerve to want to charge me $85. to come out and fix their error in installing it.
Woman at front desk was rude. She was more worried about her dog in the back. She wanted us to leave our safe there then come Back when the guy who was on a call gets back. I told her I wasn’t leaving my safe there and she was just rude. Refused to put me on the list even though I asked her to Call me when he got back and I would come right in. Not recommended!
ABC Services my place of employment, they are very quick to respond, super nice, and they get the Job done, I highly recommend ABC!
Great experience with them today. I called this morning about a non-emergency problem, but they still had someone out in less than 2 hours, and the whole issue was taken care of before noon, at a great price!
They were able to get me some keys to my safe that I lost. Quick turn around time and friendly employees. I would recommend and plan on visiting again.

Had to change all the locks at my parents house. The young lady who I talked to said to bring over the locks and she could change them out. It was quick and easy. Definitely recommend for your locksmith needs.
