It good bathroom and laundry area. The dog park was okay but not area let your dog run free off leash. Staff was helpful over the phone. Onsite hours are very limited. Beware are homeless camp down street
Got there just after 5, office was closed but paperwork was in box BUT someone was in our assigned spot. Called the after hours number and the lady said we could stay in the spot we had temporarily pulled in to barely big enough but we were not given any other alternatives. It was the day before Thanksgiving so we didn’t want to Argue and made do. The day after thanksgiving we decided to leave a day early and as we got in the truck to go get fuel before hitching up the lady came and said our spot was reserved for that night and we had 1 hour to Move to another spot or we’d be fined $50. We told her we were leaving a day early so they were making money on us anyway and she could take her fine and stuff it. I told her there was someone in our proper spot when we got there, she said he had been fined and asked to move and wouldn’t budge. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
They will not take any 20 years or older RVs for monthly. Ya know some of us can't afford these new models...we have kids...we have bills. And if someone is living in their RV and need a place. I'd think their money is green like everyone else's. Your still getting paid whether rvs are 20 years old or not.
We haven’t stayed here, but we drove by. There is a huge homeless camp nearby. I wouldn’t feel safe staying near here.
Seems that more people don't know how too properly answer a phone today in a business manner. Called in regards too a email about a open spot. Response from person on phone was brain dead " ok " not Yes thank you for calling we have available but no . American are getting stupid and lazy
It's a bit tight on the trailer spots and parking is limited but the service and other people staying there are second to none!
Very small spaces. Noisy neighborhood. We had to leave at 7:15 a.m. and neighbor got mad because we started our truck an shut our trailer door. Management is very nice.
This is a very clean campground even though the original part is getting some years on it. Although older, the facilities are very usable. The newer RV sites are nice concrete parking slabs, and easy to access. Electricity is adequate, but not much to spare. Recommend using your meter. Hot water is a premium -- with the showers getting warm barely, but not hot. For the area this is a good place to stay at a reasonable price. We have been visiting for over 20 years and will continue to come back.
Expensive, crowded and WiFi is really, really bad. Analog Tv stations. There aren’t many places to stay around so choices are few. I do wish the homeless camp wasn’t so close as well. Many homeless within a short walk in the trees in front of the park complete with lots of garbage. Wow!
Sassy employee checked us in. Our RV pad was filthy, so asked for it to be swept or blown off. Her response was that's not my job and out maintenance people do not work on the weekend! I asked for a discount, since we did our own cleanup, her reply we don't give discounts! The spaces are extremely close together. Mainly a park for affordable housing. Bathroom clean, showers old and stained.
