The worker there Joy was so friendly. She made me feel so welcomed from the time I came in to when I left. My purchases were don’t smoothly and she kept a smile on the whole time. If she isn’t getting one yet then she definitely deserves a raise. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I walked into Vans looking for Christmas gifts and I do not know if it was the manager or what but he was acting really weird towards us. He stood in front of the skateboards and was just eyeing us. We did not get the chance shop comfortbaly and the whole experience was weird. We were not going to steal, however, when we walked in we were treated like we were right off the bat.

Your associate Khai I think that’s how you spell it, my bad was really helpful in getting me the vans that I wanted. The store didn’t have them in my size so he ordered them online for me and even gave me free 2-day shipping :. Overall, good and friendly guy, deserves a raise in my opinion
