Thank you to Matthew and staff , phenomenal customer service across the board , Strongly recommend to shop for the entire family , great deals / products, my vans needs will be at this location because of Matthews great customer, I’ve been in the retail Wireless game for 15 years plus and by far Matthew is one of the best !

Well organized and always have a great attitude helping customers. They are quick and the store is organized neatly. Shoes and merchandise are nice and I never have difficulty purchasing or asking for help. They are all well prepared and greet you when entering.

It was packed when I came here due to the back to school season, but I much prefer coming here in comparison to the Citadel. The store was still clean ever though it was packed and the 5 people I saw working 3 at the register and two pulling shoes for customers were hustling. Even though you could visibly see all the employees looking moderately to completely stressed due to the wave of people, they all maintained a polite and professional demeanor.

Don't have many sizes, they only have one size for each model. I asked for seven different models in my size and they didn't have it in any.

I don't know how they are I went to a mall and I guess I went by or in to find where this store is I was lost I can't really rate this place because I have no idea how they are for help I will rate this place by how some one gave me directions on how to get to the place I was looking for this mall was extremely big
