Dicxon and Savannah we're friendly and let me know about the sales going on. The were very attentive and provided good recommendations and feedback. Great people are hard to find in retail but these two killed it.

I went in for socks and came out with a pair of shoes for both of my toddlers and socks for me! Alondra was a huge help with my 3 and 1 year olds - patient and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better shoe shopping experience and my kids love their shoes!

I was in there with my friend for back to school shopping and one of the managers I believe it was a manager thought I was stealing. Wouldn’t let me hold a thing. She kept her eyes on us in the store and then when I went to try on the clothes she took the clothes from my arms and counted it like 4 times before taking me to the dressing room where she tried to look over my shoulder into my back of already bought clothes from another store. She put it down for me in the room and practically guarded the dressing room. When I left the room with the clothes I liked, she wouldn’t let me hold onto them. She wouldn’t let me hold a backpack, a lanyard, a wallet, a hoodie, anything. Very bad service.

worst customer service they have @ vans hawthorn mall I went in on Saturday 1/20/2018 looking through the shirts deciding which ones to get for a friend , and the sales associate decides to watch me like if I’m stealing NOT TO MENTION stand next to me fixing every shirt I put back bc I was still deciding which shirts to pick!!!! As a guest it’s important to feel comfortable to shop and see everything in the store. Not feel watched 24/7 and rushed and being laughed at bc I didn’t fold a shirt right when I put it back. WORST STORE IN HAWTHORN MALL EVER

We've worn Vans for about 30+ years. We use to have them shipped from California. We have family over there. But then they opened up Vans stores here so we shop here. Love it...

Nice place ....cool clothes and a great selection of shoes and clothes...and the staff bent over backwards for us with a online order...
