Vans Store in Willowbrook Mall

This was my first time in a Vans store. I loved it. I was buying some shoes for my niece. She just turned 10. The y provided great customer service patient. Kind. Professional and with a smile.

When I visited the store the employee who happened to be the manager was attentive and had shown passion for Vans and its collabs that I rarely see. Most employees that you see only come for a paycheck, this gentleman I felt a great love for the vans products and its history. Would definitely reccomend this store.

Costumer service is excellent specially Angel, He was very attentive, very friendly and he made me feel comfortable, even though I was very indecisive and I tried several sizes and styles. His work should definitely be recognized by the store

Cody and Izzy were so friendly during shopping for some new vans today! Both were very nice and patient while trying to figure out my shoe size and fixing the laces for some new high tops today!

There's no correlation with the sales team communicating with the customers about the magnificent online design utopia to fit the needs of the individuality each customer has. It's wayyy too "sale an item" and not enough "what's up!" Still got a pair for my 5 year old and a bag to help support the "Autistic" Will be doing some more online searching. Been awhile.

Vans Have the Friendliest staff! Dario has the best customer service! He is very helpful and friendly! Any question you need he will answer! He works in the back but when he comes out to sales floor to help its always A1!!!!!!! Outstanding!

Never come here they are so rude he will ask you very unprofessional and with the worst attitude to pull up you mask when we are wearing a mask but it was a lil down and won't bother to ask you if you need any help he just walk away from you rolling his eyes at you when we been buying shoes for years at the store so I will never buy nothing there ever again as longest he is there his name is james the manager was there but she ask him what was wrong instead of asking me manager should ask the customers what happen and then ask the employees but she don't really care about customers so she needs more train ing. Even so that she was very polite when it walk in

Store location is great, friendly service each and every time. Make sure if your looking for a specialty item you get there pretty early, I've seen items sale out in a few hours!!
