Van Wieren Hardware is my local convcenient 'go to' hardware store - always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable service! They have everything, and then some, of what you would expect in a local hardware store! Open every day, except Sunday.

I would recommend this place to everyone. It is great to have a hardware store where you can get the screens repaired, mower repaired or pick up that thing that you had forgotten. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The kids love that cookie on Saturday when I an there grabbing that something.

I purchased a gas Dryer from a big Box store and a gas line installation kit. Of course it didn't fit and the box store was unable to help. I was recommend to this place and in 10 minutes I walked out with the parts I needed. The gentlemen I talked to was knowledgeable and was quick to help me. I'll be back!!

Outstanding customer service, super helpful and friendly staff. -it makes buying hardware an experience "like it used to be growing up" with personal interaction and help. Explaining the project and getting advice and tips from the staff has made it a great experience in the areas I'm learning like soil mixture for fruit bearing trees, etc. They can cut replacement keys onsite for my car the big box stores don't carry blanks for my vehicle anymore, they have sized and cut glass panes and screens, and if they don't have it, they can order it or point me in the right direction to find it elsewhere. I'm a little bit of a hardware store junkie, I just love visiting hardware stores! Reason I'm giving Van Wieren a 5 Star is just based on customer service! I was just browsing the store today but I believe every employee asked if I needed assistance. This is not as common in retail as it should be, and the employees went out of their way to make sure I would have been taken care of, thank you! The store does feel older and visually out of date on the inside, as millenial from a visual perspective not much caught my attention. I am not saying this is wrong just my personal option.

If you are in Lowes and they don't have what you're looking for, even they recommend Van Wierens! Think that says it all. Convenient, friendly, knowledgeable!
