My old experiences weren't too bad but I tried to buy a coil the other day for a nord 4 and they gave me a rpm mini. 30 minutes later almost broke my whole vape trying to get it to fit. Can't get them to give me the right coil without bringing the whole mod in.

Went to first clouds for the first time today. However, I ended up not buying anything because the guy was very rude with a bad attitude. He snapped the juice bottle from my hand. Never going back there again. This happened on Friday sept26 4:32pm.

Literally come here once a week, talk to the guy everytime and he decides to suddenly be a complete jerk to me and my husband. Not coming back. You having a bad day doesn't need to affect your other customers. Just saying.

I was buying my first product ever being very inexperienced in vaping. The person behind the counter sorry, forgot her name took the time to explain which products would suit me best , was super patient and suggested I try the Vape Clouds brand 'Cactus' and 'Nebula' flavours. After a few months and trying multiple different eliquids, the Vape Clouds branded juice is by far the best tasting. Top notch service with the very experienced staff makes this vape store the best in town!

At Vape Clouds, not only did I find Amazing flavors but the best prices in Moncton .period. You also get a sweet "loyalty card" that gives you a free bottle after your 10th purchased. There's a good variety of the newest mods/tanks and plenty of coils. I've always been greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Keep it up guys.

Great place I refuse to shop for vape supplies anywhere else. Customer service is the 6 star service here. They stand by their products and recommend the best setup for your budget and needs, Which btw means they listen to you the customer before trying to sell the newest baddest thing. No fluff or gimmicks here.

Not very knowledgable staff, every vape ive got from there is sub par or has issues. Edit: After researching the most recent vape i had issues with, i found one for 26.99 canadian, where this is 59.99 i believe, it was an exchange for another one that wouldn't even charge at their store. Way better deals to just shop online.

Absolute best vape shop around moncton area. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Amazing prices on juices, great deals in general. Always willing to help out, feel like im apart of the fam when I go there. The owner Don is awesome. Knows everything about rebuildables, box mods and whatnot.
