Vapor Station of Pickerington

A wide variety of items. Best smoke/vape shop in Pickerington hands down! Abraham, the owner, is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was searching for a particular item he did not carry. He contacted his suppliers and found it for me. And this was just 3 days before Christmas! Vapor Station is more economically friendly than other shops as well. A well deserved 5 rating for sure.

I have been going to this store for about 5 years and these guys are definitely "TOP NOTCH" customer service oriented individuals. I have not one negative thing to say about them. ROCKSTARS!! Thank you for ALWAYS treating me well and providing the best customer service EVER!!!! Antoinette Preston

I spend hundreds of dollars dollars on a regular basis from a number of vapor Stations throughout Columbus, I get a birthday email from spot on a company vapor station has partnered with as a loyalty program. A rewards point system. I was to get a 40% off of one bottle of e-liquid. I take this email to my regular location “Reynoldsburg” the lethargic stoner-like guys says nope sorry never heard of it. He says try pickerington. So I go there. 3 of the same stoner-like guys say the same. What the world are they doing? Are they not properly trained on these programs? In be any event m. They lost a lot of money with me. I’ll not return.

Great staff, know their vape hardware and liquid lines well. - Update : I change nothing about what I said 5 years ago.

I loved the selection. A couple team members were a little rude, perhaps fluke. But what turned me off was when the product selection was changed multiple times. I was advised of a product being compatible with another and when I got home it didn't work. This is a constant distribution issue when they feel sales are down because a product works and consumers don't buy as frequently. Changing product availability hurts local markets because now, I won't shop here. The consistency of availability is an issue. Not OK. I, unfortunately, have to shop online to get the items I need and in turn, actually pay a little less. But miss that level of direct customer service because If they are knowledgeable on the product. I can ask in store. Confliction's.

These guys in this shop are awesome and have great experience and knowledge!! If you have any questions or issues with any of their products they will absolutely try to get you an answer or resolve it in the store immediately! This is a great place for first timers to get help with starter packages, they will be happy to help you out with whatever you need to get going right away! Very knowledgeable and if you have a budget, just let them know, they are very good at providing you with what you need and want to start!

We got out vapes here when we quit cigarettes. They are still working greatly! The one I had got was a display, so I definitely recommend not buying any device that was display, buy the ones in the back. I have to keep my vape tapped at the bottom so the batteries don't fall out constantly. My husband got the same vape, but not the one that was on display & his works greatly no problems at all. The workers here are the best!! I had 100 questions the first time we went, & wasn't very knowledgeable about vaping at all. They were very patient with me & answered every question I had. They definitely helped me make the best decision for us at the time with the vapes we bought & choosing juices. Good people. That's my only negative comment is just don't buy the vapes on display even if it's the last color & the one you want it's just not worth it. Wait for the one you want a new one to come in stock or change your option. Besides that good vape store. Not a lot of Java/tobacco options.

Since I quit smoking cigarettes a couple months ago, those location is my regular stop for vaping supplies. The staff are very helpful, & I like that there's a rewards app Perka/Clover that helps me get discounts. I've gotten some pretty decent savings in only the first couple months. Also, when I had a problem with a piece of hardware I bought here a while back, the staff helped me with it, no questions asked. I was very happy that they really seem to care about their customers. I will continue to be a regular here as long as they're around, & I'd recommend them to any vaper out there. Thanks, guys!

Love my Pataskala vapor station guys. John is the man, I drive from Reynoldsburg to Pataskala because of their customer service, not just because they carry what I need, and also their rewards system is the best in town. Go see them for all your vapor needs, and tell em Tyler sent ya

When I first went into Vapor Station it was a great experience. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. A month later today I went in with my husband to get new coils and the woman who was working blonde, middle-aged woman- she didn't offer up her name seemed to be bothered by the fact that we were even there. She claimed that the pack I bought from this store a month ago was nonexistent and they didn't carry that brand. Basically calling my husband and I liars and even pointed to the display case and said "well you don't see it here now do you?" Apparently she doesn't like it when people come into the shop to spend money. Vapor station- do yourselves a favor and fire this chick.
