I purchased a $35 leash for my dog and it’s too bulky/heavy for him. I went to the store to exchange it but I don’t have my receipt anymore so they said they won’t let me exchange it for a smaller one, or give me store credit. I hope it was worth keeping your $35 bucks, never going back.
I am a flight nanny for pets and I like to see the store and puppies in person! Very friendly and helpful staff. Puppies were all happy and had lots of toys to play with. Very excited to work with Petland
Everytime I come in this store the service is horrible. It’s funny that I don’t have a problem with someone coming up to me while I’m shopping and asking me several times if I need something, but when I need to ring out, even when I make eye contact with staff, they ignore you and let stand there. I don’t like the service, was bad even when I got my puppy, I’m over it!
$6000 for this unwell-looking, seemingly malnourished 11 week old Boxer, but he comes with a crate and they have a payment plan. My well-bred Boxer came from a responsible breeder and was $1200. Don't spend $6000 on a puppy that you don't even know where it came from. Do some research, have a conversation with a breeder, and you will have a companion, as well as a support system via the breeder!
Nice place they have a good variety of pets and birds. Their staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They treated me with great courtesy. Their prices are, however, way way higher than any place. They sell conures for over $800,quakers for $1200 Lori for $1990 That is too ridiculously high. But it still nice place to see birds or kitchens.
Asked to get a dog out, lady said give her a min as she was cleaning up another stall. Then as we waited 10+ minutes her and 4 others are just having a pow wow and no one was working, yet no one getting us the dog. We just left. Have purchased 4 dogs from this place, not this particular store nonetheless. Guess that is just the service you expect to get nowadays.
My family and I were planning to purchase a puppy from Petland and have gone in several times to look at the puppies to make our decision, but have never gotten to play with one of them in the room. Yesterday we picked one to play with, but with a small child it was a little too jumpy, so we asked to see a different one. The worker refused to let us meet with another puppy which completely stopped us from purchasing a puppy for our family. Why would this be a rule? How are we supposed to pick a puppy to join our family if we cant actually meet it? This is absolutely ridiculous and we will purchase elsewhere.
Found our Basset Hound online went in to meet her the next morning and she is now in her forever home. Sydney was great with us in helping get everything together. The only downfall is now we have to drive an hr to pickerington to buy something every 3 months to stay in the puppies for life program.

Never stepped foot into the store but we found our baby girl cavachon online and fell in love. Dom was beyond amazing in helping us get the appropriate information and figuring out how to get our new baby girl to us. Crystal was also such a pleasure to deal with. Although Elyse was a little pricey, she came with all of the appropriate shots and a microchip. They were able to provide answers to all of our questions. Any unknown information, Dom made sure to find correct answers for us . If I ever make it out to Ohio, I would love to hug them to thank them. We are one super happy family in NJ thanks to Petland Pickerington!
