I made an appointment 6 days prior my visit, they called me the day before so i can confirm I will show up, which I did. I left work earlier in order to be on time and when I checked in with the front desk they told me they don't take my insurance anymore which they took information of then i made the appointment. They wasted my time bug time!
I've been a patient for nearly 10 years now. Dr. Vatev is knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. He has provided me with thorough and careful care over the years. Yes the wait is sometimes long but that is because he cares about his patients. He accepts many insurance plans so the waiting room is always full.
Dr Vatev is working very professionally. He helped me many times.
My first appointment with doctor, I showed up 15 mnts before my appointment. It take 1 hours and 40 mnts to finally see the doctor !
New customer I make 2pm appointment for Sep 29 2022. I am at the office 1:45pm. I waited till 2:45pm. No Dr Vatev or any of His medical staff come to say sorry for the delay. But I see people without an appointment coming in and out before me. Dr Vatev my money is green too so how about little respect. And people say we Bulgarians should support each other. What a joke.
Dr. Vatev was very helpful, professional, and kind. Excellent service and really cares for his patients. Our family is extremely thankful for having him in our lives.
Getting prescription refills is impossible and staff hangs up on patients, lies and is rude. The pharmacies warn patients about not being able to get refills for their customers from this doctors office
Dr Vatev goes above and beyond for his patients, he always pays attention and listens to what I have to say. He provides great healthcare, and has a great bed side manner. His staff is very nice and friendly as well. I actually enjoy going to the doctor when I am seeing Dr Vatev and his staff.
Dr Vatev is a great specialist, very caring!!! 5+ stars for him! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the ladies at the front desk. You can visit Dr Vatev at another location in Chicago. It might be a better idea to go there.
Dr Vatev is passion, knowledgeable caring doctor. Greaton diagnosis and the right solution for the problem. He help me to take care with adenoma on my parathyroid gland in the past.Always give the best advice for my condition. Everything is exelent exempt waiting time in the office.
