Just wanted to piggy back on another review about the staff caring enough to help cover the cost of veterinary care for my friends newly rescued kitten that survive the elk fire. That’s what a great business does, goes above and beyond! 10/10!!
Omgosh So I acquired a kitten that my brother found & rescued, she had survived the wildfire in Elk but suffered burn injuries from it I was struggling to come up with $ for vet bills & had to ask several people for help But when it came time to pay for the visit today, the staff at Peone Pines animal hospital volunteered to cover the cost for the remainder of her care & we werent charged anything Aaaand my heart This is a huge stress lifted & I am beyond thankful
Our cat needed to see a vet on a Saturday. Nobody would/could see her, even our regular vet. We thought we'd be heading to an emergency vet when Peone said we could bring her in. They were friendly, kind and just wonderful. The prices were comparable to our old vet. We're so happy with the service that we've switched our primary vet to Peone.
Our dog loves everyone there. And they love him. The entire staff is always super helpful. If the dog loves it there, that's good enough for us.
When we got there it felt like we were in a sell sell sell Used car commercial. They tried to get me to buy a insurance thing for $700.00 that if you looked at the fine print it really didn't cover anything. This place is very expensive and I won't go there again. I use to bring all my animals to this place for years. What happened? You use to be so much better than this. So disappointed.
Thank you Peon Pines Veterinary Hospital and staff for your loving support and care when I unexpectedly had to say goodbye to my sweet handsome boy Nitro. You gave me all the time I needed without making me feel rushed. For that I am forever grateful.
The most compassionate, empathetic & caring vet staff ever! They listen to you instead of pushing their own agenda, suggest ideas for care.
They listen well to your worries and also explain in lawman's terms. Overall I wouldn't take my fur babies any place else unless they recommend it.
Love going here. They have good prices and they are very honest. They take very good care of the pets and have good customer service. I had to put my dog down today and they all were very helpful. I just wish they would work with low income people. We deserve to have and love are pets too.
