Everyone at Ve’Lace Bridal really cares about their clients. Shadia is so patient, knowledgeable and just outstanding to work with. My alterations were minimal and they helped me save hundreds by having the dress shortened by the designer prior to arriving at Ve’Lace. I loved the way my dress looked and especially how I felt wearing it!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lauren! We was amazing from start to finish. She asked me what I was looking for and what my inspirations were. We both went on a hunt for some dresses and she had my style down to a T. It was effortless!! I was so comfortable with her! I HIGHLY recommend this boutique for any bride looking for their dress. I SAID YES!
The BEST bridal boutique ever. I came here because my mom was on hospice and she always wanted to help me pick out my wedding dress. I explained my situation and Ve’Lace Bridal allowed me to try on and take home six wedding dresses so my mom could pick her favorite. They even lent me veils and clips to get the full experience at home. It was a beautiful day and my mom picked one of their beautiful dresses. My mom passed on last week, I’m so grateful to be able to wear the dress she chose when I get married one day. To top it off, Shadia and Taylor wrote me a card and gave me flowers when they heard of my mom’s passing. They are just the kindest people not to mention amazing at what they do! I can’t recommend this bridal shop highly enough. :
If you are looking for a wedding dress, go to Ve’ Lace Bridal! They are absolutely wonderful. I am an extremely indecisive person, I went to 5 bridal shops total and tried on about 100 dresses. The wedding dress I eventually chose was the very first dress I tried which was from Ve Lace. Another bridal shop actually closer to my house offered to order that dress for me but I wanted to return to Ve Lace to purchase it, because of their amazing staff and how kind/involved the owner Shadia is. Ve Lace Bridal is a place you want to give your business to. The shop is gorgeous/clean/bright, there are tons of dresses to choose from, my stylists really listened to me and chose dresses that perfectly fit my style. Angela was my first stylist and she nailed it, she found me my dream dress. At my follow up appointments Mary Jo was my stylist and she helped me to make the final decision. I got my veil from them as well and it really added to my look. Everyone complimented my dress, it was exactly my style, and it fit perfectly. Azita did my alterations; she is extremely talented and a perfectionist. She has years of very impressive experience. My dress fit like a glove, she even finished sewing it on me I felt like a runway model. I cannot say enough positive things about them. Ve’ Lace knowns dresses and I would recommend them to anyone!
After my initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to a blizzard, they were so accommodating and compassionate in helping me book a few appointments-one by myself to come try on dresses and another to bring my mom and matron of honor with me and they let us FaceTime my future mother-in-law in from Florida! My consultant helped me figure out my style and gave me many choices to try on. I ended up finding my dream dress and it was one that she had picked out for me to try! I had my alterations done through the shop and Megan was a dream to work with. She really knows her stuff! I had a wonderful experience buying my wedding gown!
I have always wanted to get my dress at Ve'Lace but unfortunately my experience was not great, to say the least. My consultant was nice and found exactly what I wanted. When she measured me, I expressed I wanted her to order a smaller size because I was going to lose a lot of weight and she dismissed me...not only that but she measured me incorrectly and ordered multiple sizes too big 16. When I went to try on my dress 4 months later, it was falling off of me and the owner remeasured me for a 6. The owner said she would call the designer to see if they could make me a new dress and would call me the next day. I didn't hear from her for a week and half to which I called the salon twice, left voicemails with no return call. We played phone tag and by the time I got ahold of her, she told me it would be a $200 fee to switch my dress out, blamed me for my dress being too big "because I am the bride and I had the final say on what size my consultant was to order originally" and said because it took me so long to call her, she didn't think I could get a new dress at this point. I was very upset by all the blame being put on me when I had done my best to avoid a situation like this in the first place, never once did I get an apology or any type of acknowledgement of responsibility on their part. I asked her to call the designer anyway but never heard back from her. I called the salon 3 times to get an update and schedule an alterations appointment and never heard back. I showed up to pick up my dress and when the owner saw me, jetted upstairs without a word. My dress is still a 16 and now I have to find someone to alter it because I was not interested in dealing with the salon any longer. I was very upset by the mistreatment and it took the love for my dress away. No bride, or person, should ever be treated that way or feel that way about such a crucial part of their wedding. I am very disappointed and only interested in bringing this to light so another bride doesn't feel the same way I do.
I went dress dress shopping at Ve’Lace on July 7th and all I can say is oh my goodness! I had an amazing time and the boutique manager Nicole was super nice and helped me find my perfect dress! She was so lovely to work with and I felt so comfortable with her! So so many dresses to choose from and it’s just absolutely beautiful! I even got to meet the owner who took my measurements Shadia and she was wonderful herself! I would recommend this place 1000%! If you need a dress go here and get it! So happy with my dress!
Ve'Lace Bridal easily exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous to pick out a dress a month postpartum and Mary Jo made me feel excited and beautiful - along with the other ladies working there. Everything went smoothly and they took the time to hear my needs. I would highly recommend them and this shop. The shop was clean and stunning. So happy with my big day thanks to Ve'Lace Bridal!
I had a lovely shopping experience at Ve’Lace Bridal last spring with Coco as my consultant. I said yes to the dress and then had alterations done by Roshan who was amazing! Shadia, the owner, is super professional, helpful and organized when scheduling appointments. I would recommend Ve’Lace to any bride to be. More recently I ordered a dress preservation kit at Ve’Lace and am very happy with it.
Shadia and her team are the sweetest, kindest, and most hard working Bridal team you will ever meet! The selection is amazing, her staff goes above and beyond, and Shadia wants nothing but the best for her brides! I would highly recommend this beautiful bridal shop to anyone looking for an amazing experience with purchasing a timeless wedding gown!
