Dr. Turk is an excellent surgeon. He seriously cares about his patients and precisely explains what is happening and what needs to be done. I had my first knee replacement surgery two months ago and I’m grateful to the professional staff treatment and care at Ventura Orthopedics. The care and help of the Case Officer is above and beyond and I thank all of them. I must mention that the coordination and arrangement between Dr. Turk, his staff and the hospital were totally aligned and made me feel comfortable and at ease. With this very good experience, now I feel more confident that my second knee surgery will be successful as well.

My experience at Ventura Orthopedics was positive . The staff were very efficient and friendly. I was in the examination room very quickly and Dr Fealy explained my condition and what needed to done very well.

Called on Tuesday for shoulder pain and got a Friday appointment with Dr. Siva. They are very efficient. Got some x-rays and saw the doctor who diagnosed my issue and got a couple shots in my shoulder. I start PT in a two weeks and then see the doctor for followup. My shoulder is already feeling much better

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone makes me feel valued and heard. Rick DeLeon has great bedside manner and asks lots of questions to ensure I’m still on the right track with my care. I don’t feel like anyone tries to rush me or others through the process so my confidence in the care provided is extremely high as a result. Thank you!

Ventura Orthopedics T.O. office is the best. Everyone is friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The staff members, PAs and doctors are concerned about your health and well-being. Even when they are extremely busy they take the time to help me with whatever I need. I enjoy my appointments at the T.O. office because I know I will see a bunch of smiling faces

The services I received from Ventura Orthopedics was excellent. P.A Kyla Hendricks and staffs are friendly. She explained everything to me in a clearly manner. It was my first visit here and the staffs are helpful and kind. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Beware...The administration in the front office are absolutely rude and I complained because I already knew my grandma met her deductible and they were trying to over charge her. Which they did over 350 dollar, they did give her a credit. I just wonder how many more people they are doing this too especially the elder population. The doctor requested an MRI and the person that sets that up with the insurance company to get approved never did it if I didn't call the insurance company and VCO while also being proactive it would not be done for weeks A guy behind my grandma and I in line had to wait over three weeks. Once you complain they treat you horrible. My grandma no longer wanted to go to physical therapy there because they treated her so horrible...if you are the type of person that is proactive and are your families advocate they do not like that and treat your family horrible especially when you are not looking they will be much worse to them. If you like taking care of things and being treated horrible....This place is for you.

We had the BEST doctor. It was my son’s first injury and he has serious anxiety when it comes to doctors! Our doctor Lucky deserves 10 stars!! The girl that did the cast wrapping was fine and those in the downstairs check-in desk had subpar customer service. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, as it was nearly 5pm on a Friday.

Efficiently run. Hit 2nd floor then straight to X Ray. Exam room immediately after and waited 2 minutes. Dr Turk was warm and caring as usual! Used to treat his old patients for PT. Many said Dr Turk wasn’t friendly? Find that hard to believe!

Great people, I’ve been going once a month for routine checkups for years, Dr Rick DeLeon and his staff are very happy and kind. If you’re looking for the best Doctors and support this is the place. I’m very grateful to have their help.
