We recently purchased a home, and previous owners were elderly and provided little information on well. Jared was outstanding and very helpful as they replaced our pump and educated us on his the system was setup. Thank youService: Pump repairs & installation
Vermillion has been our "Well Doctor" since we moved to Spokane in 1997. They have helped us with all of our well and pump issues. Most recently May 2022 we had an issue with a leak in the pipes that bring water from our holding tank to the house. They helped us locate the trouble spot a leak UNDER our house! and performed all the steps necessary to install new pipes from the cistern to the house, bypassing the old lines, and fitting new pipes to the main water lines that serve our house. They also replaced our old, failing pressure tanks with a single new one that has improved our pressure. All the while, they were responsive, reasonable, courteous, and very professional. We are grateful for the relationship we've developed over the years, and we highly recommend this company.Services: Coring & monitoring wells
Jared at Vermillion was the only pump service of the 4 I called that returned my call, our well pump wasn't pumping. They came, they saw, they fixed, for far less than I was expecting. When I nest need well repairs or replacement I will surely call Vermillion.Service: Pump repairs & installation
Absolutely amazing! It started with our first call to them which was promptly returned, not only were they professional they made everything easy to understand and very thorough. Alex and the crew did an awesome job on our well and he was a man of his word on everything. Jeremy was great to work with going over the new system explaining and answering all my questions. Best of all the whole time I was working with them was the fact that I felt like they had my best interest in mind the whole time. I will continue to use their services any chance I get. I would recommend them 10/10.
