These including conditions of joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, the spine, and peripheral nerves. Approaches include diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, regenerative interventional orthopedics using ultrasound and x-ray (fluoroscopic) guidance (Regenexx C, Regenexx SD, Regenexx PL-Disc, Regenexx SCP, prolotherapy).
Dr Fenton is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPMR and AOBPMR), Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation (AOBNMM/OMM), Orthopaedic Medicine (C-AAOM), and in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (RMSK). He is an international teacher in Orthopaedic Medicine and in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound. Presently on the board as treasurer of the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine. He has been practicing in Vermont since 1992, performing prolotherapy type regenerative injection treatments, and started offering biological regenerative injection treatments in 2006
Dr. Musman is board certified in Anesthesiology, is President of the Vermont Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and has been practicing interventional pain management and orthopedics since 2002.
