Very special place. A must visit when in Port St. Lucie. Very heartfelt and an incredible reminder of what our men and women in the armed forces do to protect our country. God bless them all. What an incredible sacrifice they all have to protect the land they loved.
Beautiful place to show your respect and honor for the men and women that served our nation. All gave some, some gave all.
Me and my dog Marty love to visit. Such a easy breezey walk...perfect for remembering and honoring our American soldiers. Can really humble your experience. Thank you Veterans, you will never be forgotten Restrooms: Public. Open, clean Dog-friendliness: I've never been stopped with my dog, but remember bring a poop bag so u can pickup your dogs waste.
Very nice to see the memorial's. Very meaningful and appreciate dedications to our great military. It's a nice walk as well and kept clean. It's my understanding that in the future the 2 "boardwalks" will be connected so the botanical gardens will be reachable which is a great idea. There are bathrooms, picnic tables, grills as well as public boat launches. Apparently you need a permit to have alcohol there if you have a get together in the pavilion area. I definitely recommend a visit if your looking for a nice day out. Right next door there are also restaurants in which one is hurricanes which is good food and not too expensive. I didn't post pictures of the memorial because it's better if you see them in person.
Beautiful park to honor our heroes, very clean and well keep it highly recommend for you to visit Restrooms: Very clean
What a great park. I've seen many little leagues play here. Nice facility with ample seating a nice size parking lot. Near Veterans Park is this little workout area. How great is this,
I was impressed with the quality they made this memorial park to be with some very handsome pieces
There are many nice statues, plaques and also a replica of the Viet Nam Wall representing America's lost Heros. The park has been adding and maintaining more and more statues and plaques depicting all the various military conflicts we have been involved in throughout history. I believe service members, their families and friends will be very proud and pleased with the wonderful dedications made to ALL Military branches of the United States of America at the Port St. Lucie, Florida's military service memorial park located on Veterans Memorial Highway! Thank you for a beautiful honor!
This is a beautiful well kept park but it has so many homeless that take up all the small pavilions that there are none left for visitors. Also saw a homeless guy pee in he pond when the bathroom is just 50 feet away.
I've always loved this place. They have memorial monuments and statues for our vets. Very peaceful and relaxing. You're allowed to fish, have picnics, rent the gazebo area. There is plenty of wildlife to see.
