One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with the doctors office and customer service upon arriving the receptionist or whatever she is in the front was extremely rude and almost non responsive not sure why person like this would be in charge of anything related to customer service. My appointment was set up three weeks ago of course at no point did anyone advise me that I needed to change my primary physician to their office and they told me that two weeks ago I would not have wasted my time this morning. in addition, I asked for a courtesy visit after the change was done immediately after she requested it, and they denied it. The front of the office is obviously unprofessional and in that as they don’t follow any due diligence to be sure the process is done correctly

scheduled an appointment for 8:45am. Arrived 8:40 and waited until 9:25 and still waiting for the physician who’s “running late” doing another telehealth appointment. Please don’t double book your patients.

I saw Dr. Ross who is new to this office. He was great and personable. He really listened to my concerns and took his time with me. I was very happy with our visit.

I've been going to Dr. Davis for over twenty years. I always receive great care and best of all complete explanations of my health issues. Since Dr. Davis is now teaching and therefore not always available, I've been seeing Dr. Heather McDonald. She always spends time explaining all the details of her observations. She is super smart and full of compassion. Wait time has vastly improved over the years....hopefully, my five star review won't ruin that!

I have been with Dr. Davis since he first opened his practice. Doctor Davis is a great Doctor along with his PA Jessica Uhl. They really care about their patients and even my children still go to his office now that they are Adults. Yes you will have a long wait time to get in to see them but that is because they are good doctors and worth the wait.

This medical group is wonderful. They're responsive. Heather is GREAT with remedies that are holisitic I'm allergic to lots of stuff. Jessica has always been there for me when I'm desperate I clearly waited too long. Sometimes I wait, and others I don't. But the wait is worth the personal attention and completeness of the exam. I feel safe here, and I trust their recommendations. If they're still accepting new patients, I wouldn't waste another moment looking.

These are the best doctor's I have ever had. They really care about you , I never had a bad visit to the office. My wife and daughter love them too! They do a GREAT JOB!

If you have nothing but time to waste, go ahead. I'm sick and tired of the way I let them waste my time over the years. I wait at least 1 hour for a scheduled appointment every single time. They forgot to fax my paperwork so I showed up for a blood test and found out they just wasted my time off from work. They never call me when they get the results back. I'd always have to call them, and then they'd call me back 4 hours later usually 3pm on a work day. And if I couldn't get to the phone, the "phone tag" begins...

Great staffs and great doctors . Dr Heather McDonald is very knowledgeable and gives time and care to her patients. I am grateful to have her as my doctor.
