Viviana was so helpful and made the process of getting internet in our new rental home easy! With our other services bundled we got a great deal on 100 mbps. Everyone in the store seemed very friendly and helpful to the other customers as well, my experience was a great one today, and I was in and out maybe 15-20 min. Good if you live in the area bc theyve basically monopolized but horrible horrible company with lots of shady practices
My whole experience was amazing! The customer service was outstanding as they answered all of my questions and helped me choose a plan that fit my needs! Their store is incredibly well kept too! Everything from the displays to the floor was in immaculate condition!
Terrible I will never go back. The 2 ladies working were very rude, they didn't greet us when we walked in and gave us the "what are you doing here" look. The one that was "helping" us gave me quick short answers and wasn't very helpful at all, she made me feel very unwelcome. They both need to find jobs with little to no customer interaction.
Customer of Viaero for 5+ years now and the staff never ceases to amaze me. My bill is always consistent and any question I have no matter how silly it might be at times they always have a smile and willing to help! Just updated my plan, got the phone of my dreams! Thank you all so much for being so AMAZING!!!

Went in to buy a phone found the one I liked even a Phenomenally outrageous priced cover. because I didnt think I needed the phone and had found a better one so I called and received the worst custserv call and then was told THERE ARE NO REFUNDS BEWARE!! I wish that there were competitive companies around here I smell Monopoly money. I Mean if my phone breaks... Or such I am really angry at this!!!

If you are someone who is overly sensitive to strong scents avoid the location on East Eighth and South Buffalo. They have some sort of diffuser or other scent distribution device and the smell is overwhelming. It started giving me a headache immediately after walking in and in turn made me sick to my stomach. Not a friendly atmosphere either. I generally take my business to Shirley downtown or conduct it over the phone. This place is a last resort. If I am forced to walk in again I will be wearing a scarf over my face. I would give it no stars but it won't let me.
