This is a very nice and well maintained park but they are raising the rent way too fast. Almost $80 a month over the last 2 years. Too much, too fast. Most people in the park are on a fixed income. At the rate they are raising the rent some people won't be able to afford food.

We had a realtor and were preparing our home to be put up for sale. At that point Jessica, manager, blamed us for a misunderstanding about pool rules. We have decided that this park is not for us. It was embarrassing to be blamed for this mix up. Those in the pool had become our friends and we were looking forward to lasting relationships with them. My husband ask me, "Are you willing to give up your freedom to these managers?" At this point I said NO. We're looking elsewhere. Manager Payton was extremely helpful and kind to us. We wish her well.
We absolutely love living in this mobile home park over a year and a half never really had any problems peaceful quiet and the ladies that work in the office are courteous and kind and very sweet they are both wonderful to work with
I went in to Victorville Mobil home park looking to buy a Mobil home I found 3 double wide mobil home I like made appointment to look in side show up Jennifer it was to cold to show them I said it only take 30 minutes to show she back another time very unprofessional won’t do business with them
I had a client that wants to buy a mobile home there from a private party, but the buyer has to apply with the park for the space rent of $650. But they are very unscrupulous because they don't tell you what their qualification guidelines are!? which they should know or tell you what they are! If not this is Discrimination and Not following Fair Housing anti-discrimination laws!!
I'm a housekeeper for a resident here. He loves the activities the park provides, and I rarely ever hear him complain about the management. I notice the property is always neat and tidy. While driving through the park people wave and smile as I drive through. There is not enough of that friendliness these days.
