I want to give you zero stars...a while back my husband and I went into your store in Valle Vista Mall to shop for bra and panty set. I was approached by a sales lady, which was rare because I'm often ignored by the staff until I'm in line to pay, but on this occasion, I was impressed because I was actually approached. At that time, I asked for a certain bra in a certain size, 36 C which I thought wasn't a difficult size, but the salesperson literally looked me up and down, said she would be right back because she doesn't think they carry anything that big. When she returned, she said they do not carry things big enough in my size, and I would need to go elsewhere. I was HUMILIATED. I felt fat shamed but to say it in front of my husband, I felt so incredibly ugly. I walked out of there shamed with my embarrassment. I vowed to veto Victoria's Secret forever. It's difficult because in this town there are no other lingerie stores, but I would rather drive an hour than shop at your store. I am a wife and mother of 5 children and have had 5 c-sections so my body is far from perfect but on this day, and everyday since, I have felt so ugly and do not want to be without clothes in front of my husband anymore. Your store and/or product does not cater to everyday women and their self-care needs, and their need to feel confident and beautiful. Shame on you.

Not all styles had my size so my variety in bras were limited.

This store always has everything in stock and they have great customer service. Love shopping here.

Employees need more customer service. I was in the store for 30 minutes or more trying to get help so they could size me. The 3 ladies/girls next to the manikin were just talking. When I notice they were not going to come and approached me. I made myself my way to them I had to get in front of them and asked for help. They finally stopped talking and I got to get fitted. Too much hustle just to get fitted!!!! I won’t recommend they size. I won’t even go there myself again. Worst customer service ever

Dingy store. The employees were attentive, but the checkout line was too slow. I bought some items that were on sale but returned them when I found much cheaper items of the same quality across the street at TJMaxx. Even with a coupon to receive an item for free, it was more expensive than TJ.

Purchased a small Love perfume tube , unexpected , but nice for her to have in her purse. Priced far below retail. Also, make it very easy to exchange items that are the wrong size. Before I ever got started. Reality is, it all fits a little different depending on the style and cuts.

I went in not knowing my bra size since I’ve gain a couple of pounds . I was looking around the store and no help at all!! After 15mins of confusion, I sweet women Ms. Nancy asked if I needed help. She got me measured and explained to me that they carry a very small selection of the size I needed BUT that didn’t stop her from helping me find the perfect bra. Long story short she was able to order me two amazing bra that where the perfect fit and got them shipped to my home the following day. Nancy went out of her way to get me what I needed, now that is great customer service!!

Great great customer service!! Jocelyn and Esmeralda went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases. They recommended a new size that has me feeling so much more comfortable and found the perfect fit for me. Will 100% be back!!

It was my wife's first time at Victoria's. She had a very pleasant time. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though the store had a large crowd. My wife is very happy and can't wait to go back.
