I was so excited about the reopening of the VS store at Old Orchard mall. Unfortunately, I experience a very poor customer service at the store today. I had to return to VS for a price adjustment as one of the associates overcharged me for an item I purchased earlier in the week. The price charged and the price on the item’s tag was significantly different. The cashier at the counter was not willing to help and called the manager. The manager refused to adjust the price without giving any reasons and talked to me in a very rude manner. She told me to call the customer service instead. I asked for the manager’s name, and the lady stated she was not going give her name and walked away. The cashier did the same thing. None of the store associates had a name tag. It is sad that people who work in customer service allow themselves such disrespectful behavior towards their customers. After the incident at the store, I did call the VS customer service, and the price was adjusted without any issues. The online representative had no clue why it was not possible to do inside the store as the price charged was clearly wrong.
Went in for the buy 3 get 5 free panties and I wasn't charged correctly.
