Each staff member was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Jake is very knowledgeable, personable and took time to address each concern. He took notes to research each concern to come up with best treatment plan. Truly cares about helping you and not pushy at all to take tests etc. The final decision is up to me.
Carla at the reception desk was so helpful, took her time to explain the process of becoming a patient. Dr. Jake is kind, professional, encouraging and his positivity to my treatment is a wonderfully welcome sign of my back pain being relieved!
I came to Victory after suffering a crushing injury to both of my shoulders. It caused 2 blood clots to form in my left arm, causing it to swell and become numb and useless. The shoulders were very painful and I had no mobility. I was faced with MRI and definite surgery, they gave no options for physical therapy they are after all, surgeons I felt a more natural approach would be better for me. After hearing Dr Jake on the radio, we decide to go talk to him. My situation had not changed at all for 10 weeks. We were quite open with Dr Jake and felt that he was with us. After looking at our exrays he formed a plan. We have been seeing him and following his plan for 3 weeks. I am thrilled with the progress. My wife is going too and has improved a great deal. We will keep on with the plan. I’m hoping for full mobility. I doubt that would happen if I had had surgery. We are very happy with the staff and Drs at Victory. I’ll report back down the road! I’m very optimistic.
Dr. Jake and crew are the real deal. They listen to you and genuinely want you to get better. They even offer a family plan to get everyone straightened out. Happy healings!
Dr. Jake and his staff are always courteous and helpful with anything that you need. My personal opinion is that they genuinely care about your health and wellbeing. It may be a bit pricey if your insurance doesn’t accept Victory, but after only a few visits, I can honestly say that I can already see a good difference in my pain levels and mobility. I would highly recommend Victory Health.
Everyone very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. All are very busy, yet, have taken time to answer my questions and help me learn the routine. I am very confident that my back problems will be resolved. Thank you for your service! Update: I have been receiving treatments and adjustments from Victory Clinic now for about 5 months from Dr. Parrish and Dr. Frank. In the beginning I had 3 adjustments a week. I am now only having one adjustment a week. I am standing straighter and feeling better. Along w my trips to the clinic, equipment to use for exercises and stretching at home were provided. I am so glad to be a patient here. Thank you so much for my improved health.
Dr. Jake and professional staff truly care for everyone. So much more then just excellent chiropractic care. They cover nutrition, exercise, education. He will take you to the grocery store to show you how to read labels and what to avoid. He will introduce you to healthy recipes you can make yourself. They even have a community organic garden. They treat your whole family to promote a healthier outcome and they treat you like their own.
I listen to Dr. Jake every weekend on 98.7 and have for the past 3 years. So informative! I have learned so much.
It is hard to express in words the amount of benefits and amazingness going to Victory Health as been. Dr. Jake and his whole team are very supportive and amazing! I suffer from many medical issues with Endometriosis in my intestines and bladder being the biggest one. I was skeptical of Chiropractic care and this was my first ever and I can’t be more thrilled with the results in just 5 visits with more to come. I’m in less pain all over my body, and the reproductive benefits are astounding as I had my cycle for two weeks a month and very very heavy as I bleed internally from Endo. I can assure you I no longer experience the severity of having Endo. I walk straighter, breathe with clarity, assisting my GERD, and my vertigo is almost nonexistent and I’m sure will be completely gone once I am done with my treatment. I love the HomeKit I was sent with as I am able to exercise at home which will help keep my spine from going back to the way it used to be. I can’t wait for each visit because I know there is a light at the end of a very long tunnel. Thank you to the staff that has encouraged me, shown me one on one how to use the HomeKit and is just pleasant to see with a smile on their faces when I enter their office. Victory Health feels like family not just a patient with $$$. I encourage everyone to give Victory Health a chance at correcting anything out of the ordinary and I promise, you won’t be disappointed in the results. I absolutely love the natural ways of healing. The philosophy of chiropractic is super intuitive to me; however, I was a bit skeptical about the chiropractic adjustments. When I first visited Victory Health Center in the summer of 2018, I met Dr. Jake, instantly, I knew that if anyone can help me get better, Dr. Jake is the one. I followed the treatment plan, and I knew that I had a long way to go. I trusted him and his professionalism. I was super committed to get my health back. The first few months were very intense, I got adjusted three times a week, as a result, I felt better and better every week. Along the way, I also learned the importance of a healthy diet and a positive mindset. Four years six months later, my chronic neck and shoulder pain, dizziness, migraine, insomnia, and episodes of vertigo no longer exist. There are no words to convey my gratitude towards Dr. Jake and his staff. I just want to say that Thank You for taking care of me all these years, and you made a real difference in my life.
