The 1st Tattoo shop in West Sacramento. We are born and raised here so we wanted to bring our LOVE & PASSION to the city we love.
We are CUSTOM Artists. You will be greeted with a SMILE when you walk in the door. You want it, we'll draw it.
Victory Ink is a Art Gallery for you local West Sac Artist that would like to sell your Art (paintings/photography) off our walls please come in so we can check out your work and hopefully find you a spot!

-Our base price is $50. We charge by the PIECE not the hour! If you will need sessions you pay by the session itself. Come in for a quote!

Piercing on a 'on call' basis. Please call first and we will set something up for you!

Panda was absolutely amazing! I called the shop for someone who did script well and was recommended Panda immediately!  Tattoos always hurt, but he is not heavy-handed, and his quality of work is amazing! These are by far two of my favorite pieces.  He's also a really cool dude as well, and I will definitely be back!!!

The whole shop had a great vibe. Clean establishment & professional yet fun setting. Mario was my artist & I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated...plus a bad a$$ piece of art that I get to admire for the rest of my days.

Great service and a clean environment. I was looking for an artist close to home when my neighbor showed me her work. I liked the clean lines and although it was a simple design, I wanted to see if this artist was capable of a bigger and more intricate design. I went to discuss work for a sleeve, Greg was courteous, professional and knew exactly what I wanted. A couple of weeks later we starred the process and the work is beyond my expectation. Highly recommend anyone who wants good work with clean lines, excellent detail and a great atmosphere to come see Greg at Victory Ink.

Husband and I both got work done by Leo and it was amazing! His script work is phenomenal and I appreciate how prompt he was at answering questions and helping me find the perfect font for my tattoo. Will definitely be going to him again

I came to Victory Ink with my brother and sister to get tattoo's.  My sister recommend this place.  We got tattooed by Leo Salcedo; he, by far, hands down, exceeded my expectations.  He is truly a really amazing artist.  My brother had some birds that he wanted tattooed on him as well as some other symbolic things that are meaningful to him, being in the Navy.  He gave Leo a general idea, and Leo whipped up some gorgeoustotally original and very detailed drawings... Also it's really comfortable at Victory Ink.  We got nearly 9 hours of ink done, and the guys that worked there where so friendly & laid-back.  We all talked and laughed, it was nothing like many of the hipster tattoo shops in midtown or SF, where u barely even get a hello. Their owner, a really nice guy too, travels all over the world to tattoo at conventions, and he often wins top place for giving amazing tattoos.  So if you want to get a great tattoo, go over to Victory Ink!  You will not be disappointed .

Got a full sleeve done here after a bad experience at another shop Greg fixed up my shotty tattoo, and gave me a gorgeous piece for a great and fair price. I recommend this shop to everyone and can’t wait to get more work done here as well. P.S Sean a cool guy despite what that B$@&% below me says
