Villa (Tower City)

DTLR in Tower City was a good experience for me. I was finding shoes for my granddaughters and the young lady who helped me was great assisting me with finding a good pair. The female cashier was professional. She greeted me as I entered the business and told me the lowdown on the shoe sizes. Two professional and helpful women I met in DTLR today. Great I will return again soon hopefully.

My experience here has been pretty good. I get greeted basically every time I enter the store. I’ve bought from here recently and the young woman at the register does a great job shoutout to her!

No customer service at all. No effort. Lazy and unprofessional. Didn't want to give a star.

We were there this weekend and the worker kept following us around the store telling us “pull your mask up for me” which is fine I’m all for the masks but the whole time she was wearing her mask under her nose . Another worker did the same thing and her mask was worn incorrectly as well. I will not shop here at this location again. They were also RUDE AS HELL.

Walked in cool shoes on sale. It wasn't busy at all When I walk out there's no " Have a nice day please come back again "
