I have a difficult time finding shoes that work for my feet due to a previous injury. Sarah was eager to help and recommended a perfect fit. There's no doubt that I'll be back for my next pair.
I haven’t met Niki yet, but the customer service I have received from her via email has been outstanding! I was hesitant about buying a pair of Keen sandals I saw online for an upcoming hiking trip without trying them on first. I needed to compare the fit of two styles. My plan was to try them on in-store, then buy direct from Keen online due to sale pricing. Niki’s responses showed she really read/understood my questions. She had both styles sent to my preferred store, in sizes both sides of the one we think it will be. Now I t will be easy to make the best choice when I go in person this afternoon. Online shopping is great, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the personal service from this local independent business! I’m buying from Weurth’s today & won’t hesitate to do so in the future.
Large selection of shoes and boots for the whole family. Good personal customer service. Reminds me of the old time shoe stores that my Mom used to bring me to when I was a child, Buster Brown! Prices are in the higher range but these are quality products!
I want to this store on the recommendation from a friend as I have very wide feet and ankle issues. I don't know what I would do without Sarah she took one look and knew exactly what I needed. I bought the perfect pair of runners that day. Covid hit I needed new runners sadly the company stopped making the runner I needed, Sarah kept hunting and found me a perfect replacement. My hips,knees and ankles are going to be very happy and I am so thankful.
I live in Whitby but regularly visit our son and his family in Stratford. When there I would visit this shoe store and, over time, purchased 3 pairs of Glerup slippers, a pair of Blundstone boots and another pair of shoes for my son. Additionally I bought some diabetic socks. Two pairs of these socks developed holes after a couple of wearings. I tossed one pair and returned the other which they refused to accept. I have now found another store to buy my footwear necessities. Very disappointed but a lesson has been learned.
Going in a longer trip, I did buy a pair of sandals at the Goderich’s store, as I forgot to pack any. Next day, in other city, I realized that they were different in colour. Called the company, and they told me that was a “ final sale” I explained that I never tried or was show both shoes at the time of purchase and their response was the salesperson was a new employee with no experience. I wasn’t looking for a refund, but I got offended by the way they treated me at the store and the nonsense excuses at the phone .
Fantastic customer service. Top quality shoes at reasonable prices. Always a pleasure to shop Local! Not a lot of sale merchandise, but good everyday pricing. Very accommodating and will order in special sizes.
Absolutely, top notch, beyond compare, customer service. I don't buy shoes anywhere else.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful...even though they didn't carry what I was looking for, I would go back again!
Store is much larger than it appears from outside. Terrific staff.
